Charles is a great manager he informed about the VIP I didn’t sign up but he was just so kind and we said a great conversation about sports and wrestling and made me feel like a friend and Jordan was excellent and helpful for it being my first time here

I have been to this FYE location many times over the years of living in the Hampton Roads area! I almost always stop by to check out what’s new when I’m a Lynnhaven mall. I do admit that the prices have increased here for sure, but it has almost everywhere unfortunately.

Great customer service during check out. Sweet employees and very clean and well managed store. Found some great deals while we were here.

Fun shop to get collectibles but they need more albums

It's a cool specialty store with plenty of variety, a little of everything. Prices are fair, the store has a good layout and the employees are pretty helpful. I don't necessarily always go in to buy something, but I definitely always stop in and take the time to browse around for a potential treasure or unique find.

My daughters enjoy this place because of the anime, candy and horror movie stuff. I like it because they sell DVD's that I sometimes can't find or forget about watching certain movies years ago. Got my daughter the original Candyman. Lol

Just wanted to buy some stickers and got talked into signing up for the rewards, thinking it was free. Turns out it’s a membership with a monthly subscription of $12 per month. Told it was easy to cancel. Been trying to cancel, customer service is unable to locate me in the system at all. Informed by a store representative that card number/member number on my card that I was promised is not valid at all, even though it was scanned at check out. Representative provided me with a different number, and the store itself is unable to cancel the membership. Customer service is still unable to locate me in the system. Called the store back, the General Manager assisted by emailing her membership point of contact to get it cancelled. It is still ridiculous as it is advertised as "easy to cancel" and "can do so immediately", yet it is anything but that. Think it’s a scam that it’s a paid membership, but advertised in the store as a free way to get discounts and points. Recommend only paying cash to not have your card linked to any membership. Do not sign up for FYE VIP it is ridiculously difficult to cancel.
