I went to target a week ago to get some groceries.. I must say that they have the best customer service ever !! The lady by the name Ms.Smith🥰 helped me at the self check-out register because I wasn't sure how to use the register!! She came over to help me with a BIG smile and a very nice hair style too !! she said have a good day and take care 😇I said Thank you !! I really appreciate her ❤ She really enjoys helping others!! She was so kind and polite too!! A big smile and a great attitude really made my day!! You never know what someone is going thru or what kinda day a person is having!! Thanks For the awesome customer service 👏 I Will be going back and I recommend going to target for all of your needs🤗

Target stands out as one of the most enjoyable and reliable retail stores in the country, offering a well-balanced mix of convenience, quality, and style. From groceries and household essentials to clothing, electronics, and home décor, Target truly has something for everyone. The store layout is clean and organized, making it easy to find what you need—yet browsing often turns into a fun shopping adventure. The in-house brands, like Good & Gather, Threshold, and A New Day, deliver excellent quality at reasonable prices, often rivaling more expensive name brands.

Walked in and politely asked a female worker with braids at the register, quote : "Excuse me, can you tell me where a fan is?" The lady scowled at me and said: "Like a box fan?" I said, "Yes. The type of fan that blows air." With the nastiest tone and facial expression she said : "I-unno. They somewhere inna back." People like her are why I moved from the deep south. They have RUINED southern hospitality. You truly can't be nice to people like her, even if you try. They will take their terrible upbringing and brainwashed entitlement out on you. I'm eternally grateful that I'm simply driving through on my way back to my home where there are almost none like her.

Really appalling that my order took 3 hours to bundle up (5 items) and have been sitting in the drive up lane for 50 minutes with my order being ready. Multiple cars who have arrived after me have gotten their order, while I sit here and watch. Horrible service, and rude staff.

Targets usually have an offbeat clientele but this one is worse. As for the people of the area, I found Tuscaloosa to be unfriendly and snobby, especially of the group of women in their 40s-60s. Why so rude and snobby? What happened to Southern hospitality here like in other southern states? No desire to revisit Tuscaloosa.

I love this Target location. Almost every time I drive through Tuscaloosa I stop by to check out the new inventory. It’s fairly accessible from the interstate, probably about 5 minutes down the road. It’s basically two turns, so it’s easy to get back on the interstate for this who aren’t familiar with the area. This is a large premium location, carrying many of the speciality Target items. The beauty department is one of the largest I’ve visited in Alabama, offering higher end cosmetic brands and more ingredient conscious choices. The grocery department is stocked with some of the best fresh food options. There is a self checkout that is typically open late, which is great for those of us who come later at night. I recommend this location, 5 stars. ⭐️

A great target. Clean and well-stocked unless it is move-in week at the University. They recover quickly with restock for more shopping.
