Left mid check out, an employee followed me around the entire store & the checkout person was pushy about me trying to get me to buy something I asked to take off due to money concerns. Do better please.

Always smells in there only go in there to see the funko pops and they barley have any when they do have it’s not even good some random characters that are unknown. Shirts and pants are kind of expensive because I wouldn’t pay 34$ and plus tax for just one shirt when you can just buy one from Amazon or better get a custom one made.

Smells really bad but the staff are kind and always offering help but not pushy, good if you like graphic tees or superhero movies or funkos.

Employee falsely accused someone of stealing after purchasing 2+ items and shopping there regularly. THEN to make matters worse the same employee goes and does youtube interviews lying and slandering customers. That’s in the training videos of hot topic? To harass and slander and seek out youtube videos to trash talk your customers? will never shop here again.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at the store. When I arrived looking for a specific item that wasn’t available, Vee and Letiey immediately offered their assistance. After describing what I was looking for, they kindly informed me it wasn’t in stock but reassured me that they had just received a shipment and suggested I return in an hour. True to their word, when I came back, they had the item waiting for me! Their attention to detail and dedication to providing top-tier customer service is truly exceptional. It meant the world to me, especially since my son had his heart set on this item. I cannot thank them enough! Vee and Letiey absolutely deserve recognition – and a raise!

I had an amazing experience at Hot Topic last week. We went in to shop for t-shirts and we were greeted as soon as we walked it. It was the warmest welcome I have had in a retail store in a very long time. Upon being greeted, Athena notified me of all the sales going on. Literally, all of them! Informed me that if I downloaded the app today I could save 10% on top of all the sales. Needless to say, we left with much more than we planned on. Athena is am asset to this store and was simply a breathe of fresh air! Thank you Athena and the whole staff at the Staten Island Hot Topic.
