Wry well organized with a helpful staff. I go looking for things for my daughter. I don’t know anything about those products but the staff was helpful and got me what I was after!!

Both items out of stock. AC barely working. Half the shelves look empty but they have plenty of people standing around. How do you expect to keep all of them employed when you cannot sell items because the stock it terrible.

The staff at this particular location are unwelcoming, unfriendly and unhelpful. I have shopped at Ulta for years at the N Skyview Avenue, Kansas City, MO location and staff there are always friendly and willing to help every customer. Based on my one experience at the St. Joseph, MO location, I will not be back to Ulta. Staff was condescending and unprofessional.

Today i got eyebrow waxing and Lacie did an excellent job. She took the time to make my eyebrows look better than ever! i’ll definitely go back!!

Great place. Everyone is very nice and helpful
