I love it!! Cute, huge, and clean place. They got almost everything, I bought Riize travel bag version album here~ I love the photobooth!!!
Well organized, but there wasn't a huge selection of posters, photocards, or apparel. Lots of bt21 stuff though. The girl working on 12/28/25 in the afternoon was a bit lazy and unhelpful, pretty sure she also charged us full price for sale items.
Such a cute store!! We came by the day of the Stay Kids concert and it was full. There was a line outside. Even though, it was quite overwhelming with the amount of people, the staff was super friendly and attentive! I highly recommend! The prices are reasonably priced from the original. 🙂
Note that unlike some other stores in this chain this one generally does not give free photocards with purchase of an album. Ok, that is not as great as its sister stores, but they don't advertise as such anyways. However, last time I went and they did advertise some goodies the employee was pretty condescending to me for going in to picking them up without actively bringing something to the register first. Selection is a bit scattershot. They have some older stuff I haven't found elsewhere. But also while they dedicated several shelf rows STAYC albums they didn't have their latest album on release week.
It's by far the largest kpop store in Seattle! Which is nice because there is alot of space between the aisles, for busy times. It also has a crazy huge amount of light sticks/idols. Almost every group has one, and some in two sizes. It's very organized mostly, however there are many little handwritten notes around each group and states all these freebies you will get if you spend over 50 or even just buying one thing! However, at checkout the store clerk looked at me like i was crazy when i was trying to ask her which items we qualified for and she said only the photo cards of the group we spent the money on. So great... oh but they are out of these and every group in the entire stores gifts. After spending 200 $ plus it's pretty rude you made me feel crazy. She tried shoving us out the door, then realized we hadn't paid yet, lol!.! Anyways there are a few free photo card ads and stickers. In the front they have a photo booth and a whole area of kpop dress up clothes to use in the photos. This is cool. They also had a Claw machine which is play til you win, which i didn't believe at first but it was true. Probably the best deal in the entire store. There are also many sale items but it's very hard to distinguish which ones. One reasonable thing they sold were photo cards. Only 5 $ dollars per card (very reasonable). However the book of cards available was not good at all because my daughter didnt recognize anyone in the entire book of 10 pages. What a bummer! Overall this store as well as all the other KPop stores I've been to are three words: Insane, Scandalous, Thievery. One little 2D Keychain for 30$ dollars. The best thing is the vast collection of light sticks. Again, too expensive! Unless you are wealthy, you will take your daughter there with her 40$ Christmas money and she will leave disappointed. I don't like this one bit!
I really enjoyed this place and the deals?! But I do wish some things were labeled as me and a friend found a groups stuff at multiple locations so it was either confusing or a tad bit surprising, I couldn’t tell if they just had a small section of IVE or if there was another section on the other side of a shelf. This store has MANY new Jean keychains and such which is great and also groups like riize and kick flip which is fun. Also the photo card section was fun! The pink and purple binder are cash and online which the white binders are online or prepay I think? The vending machine was fun but I kept getting NCT127 which is fine as it’s luck but wish I got a girl group hahah 😭😆 Posters for 1$$?!!!?? 💗 otherwise besides the slightly confusing object placements I would say this place is fun and has a big collection of things (I’ve went here more than twice ♥️)
The staff was very sweet and polite. They have a really big selection of K-pop albums and the atmosphere is great.(It’s just a bit sad that there weren’t many BTS albums, because I wanted to buy one as a gift for my friend. But I hope they will have more of them in the future.)
