Absolutely amazing store and employees. I messaged them on Facebook about details and they were very fast about replying. My girlfriend and I checked out the store in person and it was amazing. Clean and organized. We were welcomed upon entering. They had a great selection of Funko pops from old to new! And I love the fact that when something is bought, it’s replaced with something else! I was able to trade in some of my collection and expand on other grails and sets I’m collecting. 10/10 would recommend going!! It will be my new Funko shop now 😊

We came in today, the 12th of August 2025 and the man who was there was sitting at the desk. He didn't look up or greet us and then immediately stood up and walked in the back as we approached the counter. My daughter wanted to buy a Labubu and picked one up before he walked away. He was gone for several minutes and when he came back he still ignored us and finally said "do you have any questions?" And did not even look at us. I said she wants to buy this and he said without looking at what we had in our hands that it was $65. Online it is $28. I was about to let her buy it because she really wanted it but not after how rude and dismissive he was to us.

READ BEFORE GOING So this was a first experience and the last experience . I would say go here if you want to lose a bunch of your collection for the smallest amount offered the trade in offer wasn’t worth nearly as much as they are valued.They wanna offer very very little cash and the rest credit minded their items are definitely overpriced. you can’t even get stuff on Facebook market eBay, etc. for that price they shouldn’t be allowed to purchase it from customers and resell for higher. The only reason why I accepted the offer is because I have social anxiety, and when she read off the amount, the whole store turn to hear it the pressure set in and I lost my collection. I selected things for the store credit and once more they weren’t even as valuable as what I took there. NEVER AGAIN if anybody selling their Funko pops and wants at least a decent amount just sell via Facebook or eBay should’ve would’ve could’ve

Spoke with someone over the phone about selling my personal collection of Funko Pops! Since I had to drive over an hour to get there, we had a text exchange discussing which ones they were going to take for cash, and which ones they would only be able to trade. Once I arrived, with all of the ones they told me they would take for cash, they only wanted HALF OF THEM. When I showed the employee the text exchange, all he did was shrug and say they couldn’t take them. In addition, they tried to give me less than 40% of the retail values, which I checked before leaving the house (40%-50% was what I was informed over the phone). VERY disappointing and a total waste of my time.

Absolutely amazing place the place itself and the employees are amazing. super nice and understanding! the place is neat and well put together. An amazing choice to buy and sell funkos. 🙂

I was able to sell most of my pop collection here. The ladies at the front desk were amazing and helpful. The price point was fair and what I expected. They offer cash and store credit. They have a huge inventory of pops I haven't even seen before. There is this cute claw machine with opened pops inside. They also have "fake" pops so you're able to educate yourself on what not to buy or what to be on the look out for when purchasing from other vendors. It was an easy and pleasant transaction. Would definitely recommend.

Incredible customer service! I buy from them on whatnot. Chi Chi is always wonderful and extremely helpful. All pops come in at least, soft protectors, so you can't complain! My pops are always well packaged and shipped perfectly. Thank you guys again!
