Called the pharmacy about my child prescriptions. The guy from pharmacy told me that they did not have a chance to fill it today and they was about to close. I informed him to transfer it to a different Walgreens and o will pick it up from there. He hung up the phone without even helping me. This was in professional and I never have this problem with cvs.

I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but the pharmacist or the pharmacy employee made me feel so sad. Very rude encounter that was uncalled for. If you have the option of going to a different pharmacy, I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but felt it was important to share this experience. I was trying to get a prescription filled for my child, and while I understand that electronic systems and insurance issues can cause delays, the way it was handled by one of the pharmacists was unacceptable. Even our doctor’s office called to help and told me the pharmacist was rude and hung up on them before they could provide the necessary information. I had a similar experience, unhelpful and unnecessarily hostile. I want to be clear that this doesn’t reflect everyone who works at this Walgreens; most staff I’ve interacted with have been kind and professional. But this one individual’s attitude made an already stressful situation much worse.

Please support your local community pharmacy and not the Walgreens brand. 3 days waiting for a very important medication and when i called they told me they forgot to order the medication so i have to wait another day. Thats explain why many walgreens stores are closing because service is poor and people are moving business somewhere else.

Yaras is the kindest gentleman I’ve met down here, he truly has a nice personality and cares about the people. I hope life and work treats him very nicely 🙏

Excellent customer service provided by clerk. The moment I walked into the store I was greeted by Debbie with a big smile and warm hello. When it was time to check out, the process was fast and the cashier was helpful. Keep up the great work!

Walgreens at Saint Lucie West and California is either under staffed or incompetent. Many months ago they call and asked if I would like my prescription filled automatically I agreed. Since that time I have had nothing but problems. Three weeks ago got a text do you want your prescriptions filled i replayed in the positive manner. The following week I get a call saying there was a problem filling one they would let me know when it is ready. Now I am out a call to find out if my prescription is ready and I am informed I have no prescriptions ready. You have people's lives in your hands and the lack of professionalism is un heard of. I know I am only one of hundreds of millions of customers. If you don't what my 20 years of loyalty please let me know and I will find a new source. Please contact me with advise.
