This pharmacy should’ve given us a call before deciding not to have our meds ready when it was called in the night before. If it’s a prior authorization that we need, they should’ve given us call and let us know so that we may get the prior authorization or pay for it. The pharmacy had all day to do this and now at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. I come in and it’s not even ready. I was told by the pharmacy tech that I had to come back at 5 o’clock and make another trip. And then when I explained this kindly to the staff, they couldn’t care less. I can see why You have such poor ratings

They never helped me with my medication or my sons. Walgreens across the street told me what was the problem but advised me to stay with cvs since they have our records. Pharmacist Chris said he will not fill my prescription. Asked him if it was cvs policy and he said it’s his decision. If that’s the case he should open his own pharmacy and make his own rules.

We were visiting from Texas and decided to stop into this CVS . Carol , the cashier helped two people at one time ahead of us. She took care of us to input our OTC card. Carol is a friendly and caring employee . She made our trip pleasant. Shout out to her.

Worst cvs pharmacy ever, bunch of liers. Instead of telling me they won’t fill my Telehealth prescription, my doctor has an office in west palm and I recently moved to Port St. Lucie, they have been telling me my medicine is on backorder since October. If they would have told me why they won’t fill it I would have searched for a doctor here sooner.

Went to get a vaccine today. I was not welcomed. I was not asked for my name or to verify which vaccine I was getting. I had to ask. After the shot I said thank you and the man administering said nothing. He was very unprofessional and not friendly. I’ll be sure to go somewhere else next time.

I came to pick up my medicine and waited 30 minutes in line. I was second when I arrived, but the line grew longer and many people gave up. There were five people inside the pharmacy: one at the window, one assisting a customer, and three others who were not bothered by the line. I wish they cared. What will it take for this pharmacy to improve its customer service?
