Cumberland Farms

I’ve been going to this gas station/convenience store since it has been open. Customer service and all Staff are very helpful. Today I purchased 2 burritos from the fridge. I was heading to work therefore I wouldn’t be able to warm the food up without a microwave or oven. An employee by the name of Jason asked me if I wanted him to heat up my food. I was very greatful because I would have been stuck eating a cold burrito. Not only did Jason warm up my food but asked if I wanted the burrito toasted. I wanted to share this with the community because it is simple gestures like these that make a big difference sometimes. Not only was Jason busy with other customers and multi tasking but went the extra mile for one of his customers. Thank you Jason I appreciate your great customer service skills.

CARMEN felt the need to embarrass me and yell at me because they have a roller cart in front of the bath rooms at 5am. Ihad an emergency situation come on and had no time and needed to use that bath room quick. So I ran I there its a public bathroom why is it closed anyway!??! Totally rude I tried to explain was an emergency and she wasn't hearing iit and refused to let me buy my already made coffee at check out. Why couldn't she just let that one go. . What a terrible morning .. so rude. She pre judges me I tgink in tha past as well...What a rude woman

Cumberland Farms is like that friend who’s always 10 minutes late but still brings snacks, so you can’t stay mad. The coffee is hot, the donuts are sugary, and the gas doesn’t make my car cough like a Victorian orphan. The only reason I’m docking a star is because I once bought a sandwich here and it looked like it was made by someone who had just watched a YouTube tutorial on "what is bread." Still, staff is friendly, the bathrooms are surprisingly un-horror-movie-like... I’ll be back… probably tomorrow.

This store is nice but more than once I’ve come to buy snacks late at night and the door is CLOSED. One time I came in with the door closer, saw an employee, waved at him, and he came & opened the door. He said it IS 24 hours but they close the door out of safety. Huh? Port St Lucie is the 2nd safest city in America! (literally) Plus how is it open if the door is always closed and then today for example, i cant see any employee’s to wave at. They most certainly lose alot of late night business because of this. UPDATE: So i was literally parked in front of the store for 20 mins listening to music and all of a sudden i see this gentlemen opening the front door with a key. (See attached pic, i took it from my car) It seems in this case he was late to his shift, and the other person had left perhaps? I dont know, but the guy with the uniform made it in. After the guy walked inside, i get off my car, try to walk in annnndddd…. The Door wont open. This is a joke. Owner needs to seriously look into this 2nd update Other potential buyers come in, see door is locked, and just leave. Terrible for business (See 2nd picture)

They claim to be open 24 hours. I drove 20 min because everything else was closed. Sign on front door says 24 hours and the lady inside said they are closed. I tried to tell her it says 24 hours. Then I cal and the lady says they close everyday from 2-3 for shift change. Well you should include that on your website for your location. She flat out refused to help me and this was on 1/18/23 at 2:46am. Very rude and wouldn't even respond to my question at the door.

They finally started matching Walmarts gas prices. Sigh, if only their pumps did not go down, they would do well. It’s the only gas station in Port Saint Lucie that I know of, out of 8 years living here with pumps going down. They lose a lot of business when this happens. Also, I use to do the rewards program, but they made excuses on why I did not get my rewards, so won’t stay loyal because of trust issues. They lose out on customers this way and it hurts their lifetime value formula. I think people overseas owns this station, so it must be hard to manage, that’s what I was told anyways.

This store is nice and clean most the staff is polite and courteous... I'm giving a one-star review because whoever the order Latina cashier in there was super aggressive and rude .our whole experience at Cumberland farms go across the street to circle k
