Ridiculous … there’s no reason why we shouldn’t be able to buy a drink because people keep coming inside the store and getting in line and the person can’t leave the register. I literally wasted a trip and waiting through 5 customers only to be told I have to keep waiting until there’s no line. Unacceptable

Wouldn't sell me more than 2 beers the lady was rude she wouldn't let me buy my third outlaw can

Couldn’t do a propane exchange cause 1 staff only, lock the door & exchange quickly or don’t sell propane at the location

I have never had a bad experience when visiting this Circle K. All the staff there are always very polite, professional, and very attentive to everyone’s needs. Outstanding service always. Keep up the great work:

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Travis, Assistant Manager, needs to be cloned for other retail businesses, so everyone can experience what it means to get fast, friendly service! WOW! TRULY AMAZING (or even GOOD) customer service is getting harder to find now-a-days. You will want to keep going back because this is the kind of service that creates loyal customers. **My Customer Service Experience Below** Anecdote: I had some questions, but I was calling from another state. I hadn't had any luck after calling many different businesses, but Travis was the man who, even while extremely busy, took the time to answer the phone (politely with a smile, I could hear it) listened patiently, and then answered the questions he was able to while also providing me with additional information he felt could further help me with the inquiries I had. I could tell in the background it was very busy, but he didn't rush me or make me feel bad for calling---he made me feel as important as any other guest who walked through the door. Travis was polite and asked me nicely if I would mind holding so he could help his other guests. I could HEAR how busy he was and he was super fast, efficient (from what I could tell/hear) and even quickly joking with guests and making them feel awesome and appreciated! He was very helpful to others (even made it easier for some to get in and out faster during this rush by giving suggestions of quicker ways to check out). I am listening to this in the background. I could tell from just the tone of his voice and what he was doing/multi-tasking that he is a genuine, kind person who CARES about his career, other people and how to treat them. Customer Service Rockstar! THANK YOU, TRAVIS!! You really made a difference in my life today.

I love that there's such a large selection of alcohol and only 5 different water options and hardly any juice options. And we wonder why our health sucks.

Everyone that works there is great. They not only know me the know my kids. They always talk to me like they've known me a long time, some of them have. Most of them get you in and out quickly and with a smile.
