Long In the Tooth

Great vinyl, weird/unfriendly vibes. It’s such a good feeling to connect with others on a shared love of music, so when I go into a shop and the owners are cold and snobby it really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully I just caught them on a bad day but yeah, the whole experience was super lame.

A truly uncut gem in the heart of one of Philadelphia's best neighborhoods. If you are looking to dig into crates, this is the place. Their selections on single "12 used vinyl is the best I've ever seen (Ameba LA/SF, Creep, Electric Fetus, etc). I don't even live in Philly but always make the the time to visit whenever I'm in town. I've pulled so many random "treasures" from this place... I can't recommended it enough. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS!

This was our second visit to this record store. Large, well organized selection of records, books, cds and dvds. Friendly and knowledgeable people. The store is accessible, though there are a lot of shelves and bins, which require a bit of care and patience while moving about the store.

The owner and his daughter were super helpful and that was good because the inventory was massive. Plus, lots of friendly dogs stop by to be pet.

Unconventional review but we did our engagement photoshoot here and the staff was SO kind and accommodating. We had a great time browsing the records as well and loved the selection!
