Box Lunch has amazing customer service and a great selection of products/gifts to choose from! They have something for literally everyone on my list for Christmas and every time I go in I am greeted with a smile without fail. I signed up with my email and got $5 to spend on anything (no min purchase required) which was such a sweet surprise! We ended up getting a $5 item and only had to pay tax!! I would definitely recommend Box Lunch and love visiting as often as I can.

First off let me say the customer service is amazing from this store! I’m from Colorado and I called 6 or 7 stores in about 7 states for a specific item because they are sold out everywhere!! A pink pumpkin Marie bag for my wife’s birthday. Emily and Sam went through all the channels and talked to their higher ups and were able to get it shipped to me here in Colorado!! I can’t thank these two enough for the hard work and dedication and going above and beyond! You guys have made this gift that much more special I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart thank you.!!! you guys are amazing!!!

This place is super tight. It's the cult classic store of your dreams. It is a little pricey, but where else can you find a a millennium falcon waffle iron? Great stuff though, tons of collectibles, clothing, and even if you don't get anything it's fun to look around.

WARNING!! This is a store for KIDS AT HEART! Which is likely why it's one of my absolute favs. Every time I visit the University Mall I drop by and I rarely leave without finding a treasure for myself or one of my kids. The merchandise is enough to keep me coming back, but I especially love the manager and employees. They're so helpful and they know where things are which just helps me spend more money. LOL Can't wait to go back in January to spend my BoxLunch bucks.

One of my he worst experiences at a BoxLunch. Tall reddish haired guy, Rude Rude Rude! Door was unlocked, we walked in and said Hi are you open? His response was, well I guess we are now, If the door is Closed we’re not open, if the door is open then we’re open. Then I asked if they price match and he said yes, we picked out our items buy two get one free, total was over $1100. I asked him, did the buy one get one come off? He says in a very condescending way, I guess you weren’t paying attention when I told you Only if there is a price slashed! So , I asked him to help others while we figured out what we were going to dog to do. After helping others, he says. Even though I told you and you weren’t paying attention, I will go ahead and do it for you. When he’s done he says, If corporate comes after me, I’m gonna give them your phone number so just be aware in case you get a phone call because I don’t want to get fired. I told him, we’ll just cancel the transaction because I don’t want you to get fired. He says, No, just be aware if you get a phone call! Unacceptable, unprofessional. If anything, he should get fired for his Horrible Attitude!

I gave them a coupon that was for 25% off. The next day I looked at the receipt and come to find out, they did not give me the full discount. Such a lame and inconsiderate thing to do to someone. I thought the price seemed off, and I was going to ask about it, but the guy who rang me up already seemed put out. I think he was working on some other project or something, cause he seemed really irritated that he had to ring up my stuff. I’m sure they had some sales goal they were trying to meet, and they felt like hitting that was more important than being respectful. The employees in general (at least the day I was there) are very "retail" if that makes sense. Like the stuff they’re saying isn’t rude, but the tone in which they’re saying it is like "ugh, god, you’re wasting my time." Also when you check out they are going to pressure you into giving a phone number and email. If you try to say no, it’s so awkward and they get super passive aggressive. Also the selection of items has become way more limited. It just feels like an extension of the Disney store now, but with a few anime and Harry Potter things here and there.

With as much merchandise as they stuff into this little store, I’m always amazed by how clean and well organized it is. I love exploring the different fandom selections, and have only ever had positive experiences with the employees. They always seem willing to go out of their way to help!
