Don't ever buy a gift there if you don't plan on giving it asap. I was bought a gift from my daughter for Father's day and received it a few weeks later because she had bought it in advance. It ended up being too small and since it was 14 days later I couldn't return it for a different size becauseof their "policy". Tags were on it and I had the receipt! All I wanted was to exchange for a different size and the manager didn't even care to help. Worst customer service on something that could be a simple fix.

Don't bother ordering online. Been waiting 2 months for my refund on a return. My item was the wrong size, unused and still had the tags.

If there’s a choice to not give a starts I wouldn’t this guy came up to while i was holding 2 shirts and said If he can get the shirts

My experience at knockout was okay the customer sales te fati was amazing he went above and beyond to try to help me with my purchase the store itself was clean but they did not have what I was looking for but fati was able to find a solution that I was okay with he reached out to his managers to try and get what I wanted ordered he showed me other products but none that I needed he took my number and he said he would call me when the products i needed were in stock thank you fati

Selver was attentive, She helped me with any questions I had & was very kind through the whole process.

Worst customer service, got booted out because I didn't have a mask on. I am medically exempt from having to wear one. And yet I get downgraded in front of my family and other customers. Its a shame that my veteran husband fought for freedom and yet y'all take that away from us.
