The store has a serious cleanliness issue, with shelves often left untidy. The service is poor, as staff are unhelpful and unresponsive. Additionally, the checkout process is extremely slow due to limited open counters, resulting in long wait times. This lack of efficiency and customer care makes for a frustrating shopping experience. The store urgently needs to improve its cleanliness, train staff for better customer service, and ensure more billing counters are open to reduce wait times.

On 2/3 at approximately 10:55 a.m., after completing my purchase and attempting to exit the store, an employee checking receipts grabbed my arm in an attempt to prevent me from leaving. I immediately stated that I did not consent to being touched. Instead of de-escalating, the employee responded by calling me ugly and using other derogatory language. I had paid for all of my items and posed no issue or disruption. I had a really bad day and just wanted to get my stuff and leave. Instead I was physically and verbally assaulted. No customer should ever be physically touched or verbally harassed by staff. This incident was upsetting and reflects serious concerns about employee training and customer safety. I am still awaiting an appropriate response from management. The store doesn’t want to answer the phone.

Great place to buy groceries and anything else you need at great prices. Excellent customer service and wide selections. Joining the Walmart + benefits plan has help me to save 10 cents on gas purchases at 13,000 + stations nationwide and free shipping with no minimum when buying anything online.

What a horrible experience for online pick-up orders. The sign is so small and poorly posted. The phone at the spot to check-in, doesn't work. Waited an hour to finally get the online order. To make matters worse, the substitutions were not comparable to what was order. The berries that were ordered, spoiled! Like, who's doing the picking of products here?? Attaching a photo of the berries too.. Not a well run online system at this location and/or there needs to be much, much better training for efficiency and common sense for the people getting online orders.

Buyer beware! Do not buy electronics from this location. I repeat, do not buy electronics from this location! The return department does not look at the items being returned! I purchased a robot vacuum today from this location, and in the box was a used, broken vacuum, not the exact model vacuum. If you are buying electronics from this store, make sure you have the same clerk open the box to ensure the item in the box matches and is, in fact, brand new. Look, we all know Walmart is not the best. I hate shopping there, but sometimes they have good deals and fail. Thank you, Walmart, for reminding me why I don't shop there.

Obviously Walmart is a massive corporation and my petty one star review means nothing. 😑 take your money to smaller chain stores, farmers markets, or local shops. Spend the extra dollar and maybe we can force this business to up their game. Yall I’m so fed up with every experience I have there and the disrespectfulness from the staff towards others time. So many times I’ve had staff lie to my face in mumbled tones or ignore me because they didn’t want to help. 1 in 15 staff will actually be willing to help you out, and shout out to them. In an emergency I ran in to grab cheap scrubs but needed to try them on because women’s scrubs all fit differently - scoured the store for help and several staff quite literally ignored me or sent me to someone else across the store. Just to get told that "we don’t have fitting rooms." Uh, yes you do. Im looking at them. I’ve worked in retail many years, I know the grind. I get it, people can suck. Some of the people they hire though … agh 😵‍💫😵‍💫

I don't know why the glass doors are locked if they take more than 30 minutes to answer us, and there are many cashiers to make the empty payments, we have to wait a long time.
