This place is an absolute anime arc unlocked kind of store. From the moment you walk in, it feels like you've stepped into a boss-level anime and gaming hub. The displays are insanely detailed and massive! They're a bit pricey, but the quality and sheer presence make them very tempting (my wallet definitely felt the pressure). They have an impressive selection of manga, retro gaming consoles and accessories, anime inspired clothing, and way more than I expected. Its giving tardis. Bonus points for the staff who are super kind, genuinely passionate, and extremely knowledgeable about the products. If you love anime, gaming, or both, this spot is a must-visit. Highly recommend

We stumbled upon The Game Room at the Tanger Outlets in North Charleston and ended up having such a great time! The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming—happy to answer questions, give recommendations, and just made the whole visit feel easy and fun. The store is packed with cool games, collectibles, and fun finds for all ages. It’s clean, well-organized, and has a relaxed vibe that makes you want to stay and browse. One of the highlights? Keep an eye out for Mike! He hides in a different spot in the store every day, and if you find him, you can get a little surprise. It’s such a creative and fun idea—especially for kids (or kids-at-heart like me)! Definitely worth stopping in if you’re at the outlet. Whether you’re shopping for a gift, a game night upgrade, or just something fun, The Game Room has you covered.

Every time I'm in Charleston for work, I stop by this place. Abby and Madison were both very helpful with my questions. I'm extremely happy with the products and the customer service. I also bought a very nice figure today.

This store is absolutely amazing they have a bunch of anime merch at this location with some older videogames.But Not as much as there river ave store.(that store is amazing too) I really like seeing all the statues on display throughout the entire store. The gotcha machines at the back are really cool.The staff was super helpful very kind and took the time to answer all my questions. If your are in tanger you need to stop by this store and check them out.

Loved the store, it was an enjoyable experience. Since that’s been the only anime store I’ve ever went into, I always walk into there with a smile. The service was great especially from Ginny, truly sorry I don’t remember the other females name but they were very helpful as well

Probably one of the best memorabilia store when it comes to anime related items. Definitely recommended to swing by and just admire
