If you need your eyebrows threaded look NO FURTHER! Need candles at a fabulous price, light up with Yankee Candle. Need items for gift bags or a small treat look NO Further than MISSA. Looking for that special scent, you can never go wrong with Bath & Body Works. Store employees are always friendly and helpful without being over bearing. Price points are always affordable for any budget. So get off the couch and take a tour. I promise you will not leave empty handed. What the Mall could improve on is their Christmas decor. Santa dispaly, very lacking of Holiday spirit. No music playing or other decorations adorn the Mall. If they made it more cheerful I would spend more time walking around. Ambience is everything and the Mall Management should take note.

The mall was hot temperature wise, and the bathrooms were dirty. Overall there was a great selection of stores to shop from, but the mall could use a good cleaning.

Normally restrooms have a QR Code you can scan to leave these types of reviews but they don’t have any posted. The restrooms are dirty. All of 2 stalls were clean enough to use.. and even both of those were still dirty.. The restroom lingered of pee odor and you can tell it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Just highly disappointed because this mall gets a lot of traction so you would think they have higher standards for themselves.

Well I'm probably never coming back here again. The only reason i still came to this mall was for Palmetto clayground, the food court, and window shopping at hot topic and spencers. They kicked Palmetto clayground and like 6 other small businesses out, some of them didnt even get to finish their lease. In a time when small businesses are all ready struggling no less. Not to mention the state of this mall is absolutely trash for how busy it is. The bathrooms are nasty, a stall door didnt even latch in one of them, the foodcourt tables are always sticky no matter how many times the cleaning staff wipe it down. Very sad all around, i really used to enjoy coming here.

They literally had over ten employees standing behind the desk!!!!! All talking about unnecessary things, and using derogatory language.I greeted everyone. "Hello how are you guys?" No one said anything back. Check your your cameras!!!! Im assuming the company allows this type of behavior. . ( 2150 Northwoods Blvd, North Charleston, SC 29406)... I did a return for something that should only took 5 minutes was the longest 15 minutes of my life I will no longer shop at this establishment. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person that experienced this type of behavior. That's why so many stores are closing down in the mall. It's the way that people get treated. I couldn't even find the corporate's number to get in contact with somebody. That's how disgusted I was with the treatment that I received never again.

Good selection of stores. It seemed dark in some places, and I got a weird creepy feeling sometimes. There wasn't a whole lot of light. It would be perfect for Halloween shopping but not great if you're a parent keeping an eye out on little kids. I didn't see any Law Enforcement but there was one Security guard. Smelled good near the food court with different cultural oriented food options. There is no longer a Chick-fil-A inside Northwoods Mall. It's been replace by a privately owned Soulfood place. I bought a Coke there and that cost $2.50. The whole food court was pretty expensive. It was busy, especially with teenagers. It's the "cool place" for them to hang out like it was back in the 80's. Many of the stores were pared down on their inventory. I went into the H&M store and every time someone walked out with their purchases, that they had literally just paid for, the alarm went off and an employee escorted them back to the registers, made them pull everything out of their bag and verified their purchases. I'm not joking, every - single - time. Bath & Body Works had a substantial amount of employees working and I kept getting asked if I needed assistance. I'd move a couple feet and an employee would ask if I need anything. The employees were friendly. However, I will admit, It got annoying after the 3rd employee approached me. To be fair it seems like a common practice in all Bath and Body Works stores. The employees where nice and I ended up getting into a conversation with one about how they use hidden doors in their displays to hold extra products. Yes, I know, not a big deal but the display looked cool. Oh, if you have little kids you may want to steer clear of Spencers, the entire back half of the store is dedicated to adult lifestyle toy selections to include stuffed BDSM bears. However, they do have a large selection of t-shirts. I was looking for a specific t-shirt as a gift and the friendly employee I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the shirts they had in stock. She immediately knew they didn't have the specific t-shirt I wanted. I appreciated her candor and knowledge. All in all it was a decent place and the teens had a great time.

One of the most dreadful places I’ve ever had the displeasure of walking into. I had never been there before; I chose it because it was an indoor option, which I thought would be ideal for a cold and rainy day. Horrible stores, ridiculous clothing, unattractive people, and a smell like a roadside gas-station bathroom. The whole atmosphere is depressing and dark. Shut this place down!!!
