Mandu Apparel and Accessories KPOP Store

My daughter is OBSESSED with K-pop and Korean culture so for her 13th birthday I surprised her with a trip to NYC to stay in Koreatown. We visited every K-Pop store in the city on our visit! Mandu is located in a really cool underground market called Turnstyle. The store is very clean and well organized. The shop sells mostly albums with a very very small rack of a few t-shirts of only 1 group so no selection of apparel to be spoken of which was disappointing. As far as accessories go there was 1 display of pins which were mostly sold out so another disappointment. Don't put apparel and accessories in your store name if you truly only sell kpop albums. We went two days in a row, the first day the person working was not very friendly. The second day the employee was a bit more friendly than the first one was but not by much. It was our least favorite kpop store but still worth checking out if that's what you're into.

This store is located inside the underground plaza across Central Park. It carries Kpop albums and accessories and it’s cheaper than Koryo but the selection is very limited. You can order the title online and pickup in store to save on shipping.

Huge variety of albums. you got some IVE, New Jeans, LE SSERAFIM, ITZY, (G)I-DLE, Stray Kids, Kep1er, BTS, Seventeen, Enhypen, NMIXX, and many more (just naming as much as i can). There are also a few photocard sets and other merch like keychains, posters and just a few lightsticks. Everything is well organized. I’ve never been to a kpop store so I don’t have much to compare to, but most albums were around 30$ so I think it’s pretty fair. Ended up leaving with IVE’s I’VE MINE, all albums are in great condition

Located underground near the entrance to the subway stations. Really clean, organized, and had many of the popular newer Kpop albums. Had a bit of official and non official Kpop merch. The sales girls were really nice. The atmosphere was very welcoming. If you’re in the area, check it out. You might find some pins, photo cards, or posters you will want to take home. A place worth checking out.

So glad I found this underground K-pop store! Most affordable K-pop shop in NYC I’ve visited to date. It is located underground, inside the 59th Street Columbus Circle station. They sell Korean albums, posters, snacks, etc. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They sell out of things quickly but they do restock regularly and their website clarifies inventory so you can confirm/reserve items beforehand. Highly recommend for all K-pop fans.

Mandu just opened up recently in Canal Street Market, and my experience here has been wonderful every time I come in! Not only do they have a wide selection of albums (and the ability to leave a suggestion for future merchandise), but this is the ONLY place in NYC I’ve ever seen sell legit K-Pop lightsticks! I’ve already purchased two from them (VIXX and BTOB) and two albums (Sunmi - Warning and Jonghyun - She is) and they even have a deal where if you buy an album you get a free poster if they have it! They also have the GOT7 dolls and limited edition BTS x Puma shoes, so they have a ton of exclusive stuff! The staff is super friendly and willing to help out anyone find the albums they want or new groups to try! Definitely check them out and give them lots of love, so they can stay open and us K-Pop fans can have more variety, with Koryo in midtown and Mandu downtown!

Excelent experience if your looking for something about Kpop or if you know someonr that likes It and you want yo give them a gift but BTS and blackpink are so needed so they don't have that much posters about them
