Little Moony

I stopped by Little Moony during my lunch break while looking for a gift for my niece’s first birthday, and I’m so glad I did. The staff was incredibly attentive and kind, offering thoughtful recommendations without ever being pushy. The store itself is beautifully curated—with a unique, high-quality selection that feels both playful and elevated. I ended up choosing a gorgeous blanket that I know my niece (and her parents!) will love. I’ll absolutely be coming back the next time I’m shopping for gifts for the little ones in my life.

I had the pleasure of discovering this gem of store while waiting for a reservation across the street . Absolutely love the curated selection of unique children’s clothing , toys , gifts and books . As a former gift shop owner myself I truly appreciate the personal attention the gentleman working gave his customer while I was there while also making me feel welcome . This is the type of store that makes shopping in New York so fun . I’d also like to point out that in the whole block this was the only shop that I noticed a sign that said they would be happy to help anyone needing assistance to get in their shop that had a wheelchair , walker or cane . Great shop for kids clothes and some toys. It’s small but a lot of stuff is hand maid and very good quality! The owners are were very helpful and friendly.

The best place in NYC for children’s toys and clothes! We first went to Little Moony in 2021 and became enchanted by the selection and even more by the owners and their care and passion for the space and their vision. We have returned several times throughout our journey and on this trip we were able to introduce our child. They take special care to create a welcoming environment and select clothes and toys and books with care, representing many individual artisans and creators. The owners are special individuals with a warmth and knowledge of their craft to help any new parents feel comfortable and know they are getting the best possible for their family.
