Walgreens

This is the only Walgreens in New Britain now, and the pharmacy is always understaffed. I’ve waited in line for 30+ minutes to get my prescriptions, on several occasions. Also they’re e-script system (?) only receives prescription orders like 60% of the time for some reason, I’ve experienced this as both a patient and a healthcare provider.

This is the worst experience waiting for over an hour a still have 7 people waiting and the line keeps getting longer. Waiting this long after a days of work is not pleasant. Only one person caching for the medications and three workstations two empty which it makes no sense. If it wasn’t because my mom needs this medication I would have left and never come back. Not sure what’s happening but this needs to be looked at customer service is very poor. Hire more people if is necessary but don’t do this to the people that often times not feeling well to stand up in a long very long line and hours wait. Please do something about this because is unacceptable. I’m a very unhappy customer with a very long line of people. This is unacceptable.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to an outstanding Walgreen's employee named Genice. She is an exceptional employee, who has always treated me with kindness, respect and sincerity, throughout the years and is primarily why I continue to come to this location

Believe it or not, this is actually not a bad Walgreens location. I am going to assume that it receives a bad rap because of its location in New Britain. However a book should not always be judged by its cover. Well this location is probably not the most clean and modern. The customer service at this location probably makes up for its lack of visual appeal. I recently went into the store and received the best customer service I’ve ever received in any Walgreens up to this point. I really can’t tell you much about the store’s inventory, or matters like that, Because nothing else stands out to me about that location other than the customer service.

Never see a slow pharmacy like this in life !!! More than 30 minutes waiting in line to pick a medicine!! Unbelievable!!

I went to pick up some pictures and they completely ignored me, very bad customer service. I left without the pictures after waiting for a while, because I had to go to work.

This place is terrible and when I call to refill meds or place prescriptions there said don't have in stock and u have to wait 2 days to get them.. some workers and nice.. but nice not going to get my medicine.. and Plus there don't tell you to call doctor to send to a deferent Walgreens.. you have to figure out ur self.. this location need to be closed for ever.. had same problem over 3 or 4 times.. if u want to have a bad day go there in store and drive through... Some time there give wrong meds. Yes and I have prove or that
