FYE

I never leave negative reviews, but it's important for future customers to know. If they offer you a discount by signing up for an "FYE backstage pass VIP", they leave you the impression that it's a completely free newsletter. It's not. I've been charged since August and only found out because I received an email that my membership charge was INCREASING. I'm sure that staff members don't intend for things like that to happen, but please be aware they are charging the card that you're paying with - Even if they don't let you know in advance. Keep an eye out! I'm typically pretty good about keeping my card out of things like that.

Another absolutely lovely store for the Japanese culture lovers and also horror movies! They have a bunch of other stuff too like cartoons and Sanrio stands dedicated only and it’s amazing, I always go there for sure when I go to the mall!

Popped into this store just for the nostalgia and throwback toys, and wow!!! This place caters to both contemporary and vintage/obscure famous alike. Come talk to Caleb, hes wise beyond his years on pop culture and vintage cartoon merch

Employees here will fradulently sign you up for a membership and not tell you. Will be speaking to the manager about this, I've been getting charged 11.99$ for 3 months all because I bought some anniversary gifts. This is scammy and dishonest, I don't care what management wants for your "numbers" you do not lie to people and sign them up for a service that takes their money and LIE to the about it pretending you're only making a store account to get points. She said it was free. Y'all gonna get sued for some shit like this.

i was asked if i wanted to make an account there however i wasn’t informed it was actually a membership and that id be charged for it. Pretty shady and misinforming, if you’re gonna have a membership let the customers know the right information please!

Never open or close early all the time, came into the store when the mall was open and store was clearly open but as I proceeded to shop around the manager said the store was closed due to inventory stocking while the doors were wide open. If the store is closed why keep the doors wide open DURING MALL HOURS! Very poorly managed, employees sitting on counter or listening to music instead of helping customers. Would recommend shopping at box lunch or hot topic instead where the employees are nice and caring.

They have a scam going here… you make a purchase and you’re immediately signed up for their VIP program that charges you $11.99/monthly… and I’m having a hard time canceling. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Edit: There’s no way to cancel. Not at the store, not by email, and by phone, they keep hanging up on you. I’ve disputed it with my bank & am trying to put a block on this merchant… my bank says it’ll take 3 business days to determine if we can do that, and it all depends on how "merchant set up the withdrawals". I may have to close my entire bank account just to stop the theft… all for a cheap anime tee. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
