Rogue Ski Shop

Seems like a cool a shop but we havent been in since a very rude worker had us purchase the wrong size boot for my girlfriend. We were in the process of trying on boots and I was telling her get was feels the best. At that moment a guy with long hair very rudely said that's not what you do and took control which I let because it was only my first year to so what do I know. So we end up getting a .5 size smaller and now for two years mt girlfriends feet fall asleep when she's riding. They cost about 280$. I guess the point is, dont let 30+ dudes with long hair at the ski shop tell you what size anything you need.

Bob and everyone at the shop were so helpful getting my ski's set up properly. They made sure to get me into a pair of boots that would work since the ones I got were just not working out for my set up. Then talked to me about my bindings that wouldn't work for my body weight, Bob was able to find a pair that would work. I'd give these guys more stars if I could. Definitely coming back.

Service is knowledgeable, professional and patient. My husband and I spent over 2 hours trying on different ski boots and they were very accommodating and have a lot of variety.

One of the guys at the ski shop scammed me into buying boots that are a horrible and don’t fit. He absolutely INSISTED that you were supposed to buy a half size, to a full size down from your normal shoe size when buying snowboard boots. Im an 11.5 and he said I needed 10.5 size boots. I couldn’t walk in them more than 30 minutes without pain and extreme numbness. My toes were SMASHED in those boots. I believe the sales guy was only concerned with making a sale and NOT with finding me the most comfortable boot possible. He took advantage of my lack of knowledge. They don’t fit me at all and they won’t "pack in" the way he said they would. The ski shop wouldn’t let me return them and wouldn’t give me store credit either even after they said "bring them back and we’ll figure something out for you." Extremely disappointed in their service. I wish they would have made it right like any respectable business would.
