Music Plaza

Was my first time ordering albums and they arrived fairly fast in my opinion (a week). They arrived in perfect condition and the packaging was very good. And they gave amazing freebies I even asked for a certain group freebies and for certain members and they gave me the ones I asked for Felix and Lee know photocards! I would definitely be ordering from here again. I attached a photo bellow of the albums I ordered with my pulls and the freebies!

I have bought from their website at least 10 times and I have NEVER had an issue with them!! Everything is packaged super well and they ship out pretty fast. I've bought from few kpop stores across the years and I can say confidently that Music Plaza has been the best for me to purchase from. The only issue I have with Music Plaza is that I wish I lived in California so I can visit the store in person!!!! I wish I could personally thank them for all the albums they have packaged that I've bought lol

Music Plaza is my main go-to for official kpop merch. They almost always have new arrivals in stock before any other stores. The staff is friendly, the store is neat & organized and they also give freebies with purchases. 🙂 I usually go here for SKZOO and Stray Kids merch. Music Plaza does not disappoint!

This visit was a quick one to their 3rd fl location for my Doyoung signature keychain, placed online. I like that we can shop locally for our fav artists without the overseas shipping prices & waits & even find other cool items to gift. The location is also great when you can find parking, to go eat or shop. Don't forget your validation.

I recently ordered online and while the website is legit! Thank god. The experience was nothing but stress, I got a new phone while waiting for my pre order (Thankfully, I had the info stored in my apple wallet so I still got tracking number) but I wasn't getting any emails or texts about the order processing or when i requested to send a 'new link' to check my address. So I emailed and called the services to this store and they were pretty unhelpful; the only thing that was confirmed is that my order does in fact exist but I can't change my email or see what address it is at? So once I found out the UPS is shipping, I called and found out its been going to MY NEIGHBORS house and instantly got it rerouted. While I understand the privacy, I'm just a little frustrated that I could've possibly fixed mistakes earlier if the service was more helpful.

I didn't know which one it was, i guess there's 2 locations in the Korea Plaza. One on the third floor looks more new and full of everything you can think of. The first floor looks to be what the older store was, reminds me of a comic book corner style. I gave four stars because the attitude from floor 1 was not customer friendly. I was told they could hold for one week because they were low on stock, but when I went to the third floor (where the sign states they pickup from third floor) they was tons of stock for my BbokAri skzoo Karma. It had been two days since I asked for the hold and it's a two hour drive. I did appreciate the Felix photo and SKZ sticker bandage it came with. I will definitely come back for the third floors service. And mainly because the vast products they had.

truly my favorite store for kpop! they have almost every album you think of and their addition of the third floor space hold so much more than albums. you'll find official merch, magazines, photocards... even items that you may not often find anywhere else. seriously the best store to go to for all my kpop needs
