Went to the Monsta X pop-up and it was so fun!! They really put on a great event and the merch for sale is awesome! Great deals!!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! i’ve been to the hello82 in san diego before and had amazing experiences with the staff. this time, i decided to go the LA location for the Plave pop up that started just today. I was deeply disappointed with the experience from the Los Angeles branch…. Not only did they horrifically underestimate sales, the "pop up" area was half heartedly made and almost sad to look at… The albums sold out within minutes of opening, which was disappointing as many people traveled to experience one of Plave’s first official events in the USA. You would expect there to be sufficient stock but unfortunately, that’s not the case. Besides that, the event space gave me flashbacks to the infamous Willy Wonka experience a while back that blew up online… It definitely seemed like there was a lack of care for the event. The "pop up" included a measly 6x6 inch box display to take photos with and a "life size" version that was basically falling apart with how poorly made it was. I’ve definitely seen better spaces and execution at the San Diego location so to see this in Los Angeles was disappointing. I don’t know if it’s the lack of care towards Plave or if your company was looking down on the group and its fan base, but this event looked like a group of kindergarteners made the props. Not only was this a poorly planned and hardly-executed event, it’s an opportunity for revenue that was indubitably missed. I fear I won’t be making the trip to LA for any pop ups in the near future until the company learns to respect the artists they work with and puts in a little more effort for their fan base as well.
We were in town for a Kpop concert and stopped in the following day. It is a cute place with fun experiences and socializing. My daughter found some great items.
such a fun place for kpop fans to spend time doing fun activities like album unboxings, photobooth time, pictures, and other fun creative programs. go to their pop-up for your fave group!
The place is amazing! The location looks like a recording studio. The Staff is their best feature! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very accommodating! They treat you like family. You won't be disappointed coming here to get your K-Pop fix.
everytime i come chris always makes it worth it!! He’s so kind and always brings me good luck with my pulls! 💓
They always hold the best pop ups for ateez. Thank you guys so much for the signed albums. I hope you guys can get more artists to work with you. Thank you for being LA based. The inside is so nicely decorated and colorful.
