Drug Emporium Longview

Love this Drug Emporium. If you need any type of hair products or vitamins or supplements, this is the place to go. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful and they make sure that you are able to find everything that you could possibly need. It’s a good retail experience and the inventoryfor hair product products is comparable to Ulta. I would highly recommend this, mainly because the prices are so much better.

Kimberly was very slow, unhelpful and impolite. Was left to stand at the counter without greeting or acknowledgment while five people walked around looking busy. Store manager was absolutely zero help and is uneducated in regard to managing a pharmacy.

A manager by the name of Jonah is very unprofessional verbally abusive to customers when you bring something to her attention! Expired frozen meat over 3 months old was brought to her attention that was close to $8 she said it was fine and they can sell it! I told her that's incorrect and the cashier agreed with me! Jonah said the owner wants them to sell it I don't believe that! She is a terrible lier! I'm calling the health department to see if they agree with the lying manager Johan! I understand why the employees and customers don't like her! You can thank Jonah for the 1 star

The only place where you can get colognes that's has a reasonable prices. They have a little of everything in the store.

I just really love this place. I always find really interesting stuff. I go for coffee syrup and leave with a cart full of interesting snacks and baking ingredients and cheap medications. Would recommend.

I absolutely love this place just for the products available that I can’t find anywhere else. If you are Keto, paleo or even doing AIP you will find many many hard to find items! Huge selection and great prices compared to other places or online. My solitary complaint is that the pricing is never consistent. You will find two items that are the exactly the same and they will be priced differently. It’s not a one time thing either. It’s in every aisle and on many many products. If the prices would just stay consistent it would be a five all the way. I have updated my review to five stars after the store replies to my review. I understand the reason behind the pricing now. While frustrating that it can be different I always appreciate the lower prices here!

I haven't been in Drug Emporium in a long time mainly because the people that work there have the personality of a brick but hey they hate their job obviously, but I went in Tuesday 25th, there wasent hardly anyone in there because they hadn't been open long, I went over to the Perfumes because I wanted something that smelled good, as high as they are I needed to smell some, the girl letting me smell samples was obviously put out with me and didn't even try to hide it, I kept saying I was sorry for taking so long because I was beginning to feel uncomfortable there were no other people waiting for her other than the other girl that worked there, I finally told her I was gonna walk around and think about it, as I walked off I decided to turn around and look and saw her roll her eyes to her friend like I was a pain, maybe I was but it's your job so just do it, when shes my age I hope she goes somewhere where they treat her disrespectful like this young lady did, and don't get me started on the cashiers, by the time I leave Drug Emporium I'm wishing I bought razors to cut my wrists when I get in my car because that's how depressing that place is.
