I live in the area and come to this place super often. They are super nice and always offer help. Great location and they everything a gas station might offer.

Here I'm writing another review the same thing I was told my passport is not valid because they are only taking US I'd!!!! I'm just curious if it's just you guys doing this because everywhere else I have no issues or get told they are not accepting my Mexican passport. This is the second time this happens and I need to really know what law you guys are reading because the law says a Mexican passport is accepted to purchase beer in the US ! I'm really going to seek for answers because this is unacceptable!! There's no sign that says only US I'd to purchase alcohol. He still let me purchase it which makes no sense because if he is going by "the law" he is clearly breaking it. To top it off he says for future reference we are not accepting those unless it's US .I never ever complain about anything but this just upsets me because so many foreign people and tourists and yet they want an US I'd when the I'd we have are valid and accepted. I know what I'ds are not accepted in the US but a passport is sure accepted! I hate to be a complainer but this needs attention and proper training with the correct information of the law in the US and Nebraska. Save me the time and other and the embarrassment by putting signs that you guys are only taking US I'd or passports. Thank you.

$2.99 for a single glazed roll and it tasted gross like what I would think a several day old stale one would taste like. I just got it this morning. Won’t be getting any rolls or donuts from here again.

The light skin manager (Zayko/Zack) with all the tattoos (740 on his neck) goes outside to get womens numbers. It's kinda weird. It's not very professional. He also gets somewhat hostile regardless if he gets the number or not. He might be cheating on his girlfriend from the looks of it. This location has so many kind employees but this one makes it feel unsafe. I genuinely hopes he gets reprimanded for acting the way he does. So many young women go to this location on a daily, we don't need any more statistics. Ladies be warned!

We went to location on Q street on Wednesday and we had to have card typed in. At the end of the transaction he told us never to come back to that location.

Site says open 24 hours. Stopped in after working a 13 hour shift at my job at shortly after 2:00 a.m. to get some cigarettes. Already closed. The employee leaving said it wasn't worth his time.

Usually great to deal with, but recently got my wallet stolen there. Filed police report earlier that day and called UStop to ask if there were cameras by the pumps I could tell the police to go and check. The attendee wasn’t sure how to handle my situation, understandably. However, when attempting to grab the manager (without putting me on hold, so I could hear every word) the manager lashed out loudly saying, "If it wasn’t turned in, we don’t have it so we can’t do anything." to the attendee. Obviously I knew they didn’t have it, due to fraudulent transactions on my accounts, and my question was never answered. Horrible management, horrible customer service, and honestly will never be going back due to this experience. Be wary to stop at this gas station, they won’t have your back when it matters the most.
