Hot Topic

My husband and I absolutely love coming here on our days off and the staff is always super welcoming and amazing towards us. Michelle is so sweet and made my day so much better tonight. They have so much cute stuff including STARDEW VALLEY!! We definitely will continue coming back when we can. <3

Hot topic is not that bad, pretty good. This Hot Topic should help decorate the mall to make it look intentionally abandoned. Hot Topic is pretty nostalgic too, pretty glad that they've stick around for the past atleast 18 years. This location was pretty good. The employees have been very kind and help out. Ok Bye

I love Hot Topic. They always have great things to find! Staff is always super friendly! Great merchandise! Clean and organized!

Went in. With my kids yesterday and to say the least. This was the first and last time at this location. Customer service was almost non existent. except that he checked us out. No greeting, no Can I help you? And when I asked something,he only replied does it have a tag with a smokey tone , Continued doing what he was doing. At check out,if I don't want to open an account ,then as the employee you don't have to tell me " oh you do not want to save money." Nope, not at your store. Sad experience.

Stuff there is kinda boring, but they have some cute things. I wish that they had more Gravity falls merch since the sudden rise of popularity with the new book. The only gravity falls item I found in there was a pin, and I lost it within a week 🙁 .

I always get such great customer service when I come in. I always feel welcome. All of the employees are great, especially Bailey (hope I'm spelling it right) and the other sales person who's normally in there, he has glasses and long hair, and an awesome Hufflepuff lanyard (I'm sorry I forgot your name). I always find what I'm looking for. The store is always clean and orderly too. They're doing a great job there!

Honestly I'm being kinda biased on this review as it's definitely not the same hot topic that I remember growing up but it's still a good source for anything punk/metal and various other related items.
