I was helped by an employee by the name of Ruby & she was absolutely phenomenal. I appreciated her good manners & awesome service. She actually had my photos ready hours before time and I appreciate that. If I could have tipped her I would have. Thanks Ruby,you're awesome!💯

Has a regular customer here it hurts me to post this but I just had possibly one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had, I tried to ask Ashley for help multiple times she stood there and just looked at me zero help blindly pointing around the store guessing and wouldn't walk look or wouldn't look anything up or bother to help just standing there staring out into the oblivion tried asking for a manager she just said the manager was on the phone wouldn't event attempt to reach them. I get it people dont always care about there job but please show a little effort not just stand there and not even attempt to execute any form of customer service to a customer looking for an item.

Every time I come into this store it is clean and fully stocked with anything I need. Cashiers are friendly and quick. I always seem to go to this location at the last minute and they have always had whatever I needed at the time. Their pharmacy is okay, but I prefer Publix for that.

The male white pharmacist was rude and inattentive. He didn’t even check the confirmation that my covid tests were supposed to be picked up at pharmacist window and told me to get it at photo pickup. He wasted my time sending me away to the wrong place and he said sorry to his walgreens coworker for sending me to the wrong place and said nothing to me. The way the talked to me was like I’m so dumb. I will never come back.

Walgreens pharmacy just asked me if I want to come inside for a vaccine?! I said no, then they asked me if I want to make an appointment for one! Really?! This is inappropriate to me. Don’t push a vaccine on me when I cone for something else. Also stop texting me nonsense.

I’ve been a customer with Walgreens pharmacy for a long time but today was my final breaking point. They were phenomenal up until the past 7 months or so. This is the third time they claim they didn’t get my prescription order from my doctor or can’t get ahold of anyone for prescription verification. Conveniently, this only occurs on meds they have an OTC form of, just lower dosage and more expensive. It’s almost like a ploy to get you in to spend more money. Regardless, unacceptable to leave someone in pain with this back and forth nonsense.

I went today to pick up my prescription. The app stated that my prescription was filled and ready. When I pulled up to the drive thru, a guy told me that my prescription was "on order" and stated that they just received the order and it would be filled tomorrow. Tomorrow? My doctor told me to start taking them today. He then got the pharmacist. She was extremely rude and condescending. She kept insisting that the "system" showed that my prescription was scheduled to be filled tomorrow by 2pm. When I showed her the app, and it stated that my prescription shows it was filled with today’s date, she begrudgingly told me to wait 10 minutes and she would fill it. When they were done, before even giving me my prescription, she berated me and told me that I didn’t know how to read the app! I have NEVER had any issues like this with any other Walgreens! Needless to say, a quick call to Customer Service, and they agreed. The truth remains, that they just didn’t want to fill my prescription. They had the product on the shelf. All they had to do, was count out the pills, put it in a bottle and throw a label on it. It doesn’t take that long! I will NEVER be going back to this Walgreens ever again! Regardless of having Good RX, their prices are almost twice as much as CVS, Winn Dixie, or Walmart and Sam’s Club! As an example, I was charged $34.26 for a prescription, and Sam’s Club charges $7.41 for the same thing! Walgreens is a ripoff! I’m glad that I have a dash camera that recorded her little gas lighting rant. It will be given to the District manager!
