FYE

Great store to visit - lots of movies, CDs, character products, and even interesting food products. There's a lot of variety of merchandise here, and they keep updating the items frequently. Also, it's fairly clean and organized, and the staff are helpful. Good overall and definitely recommend checking it out when you're at the mall.

The store clerk convinced me to sign up for a "free" membership for in-store discounts, and somehow my credit card was being charged for a monthly VIP membership that I didn’t sign up for. I only found out when I checked my bank statement for any fraud. This was a deceptive trick by FYE, but I called and it was resolved. If they ask if you’d like a "free" FYE membership, always make sure they’re not ripping you off with a paid subscription you never asked for.

There is a middle aged woman working at the park city mall fye who has made my experiences at fye very uncomfortable. I have felt discriminated, she will follow me around and make me feel as though I am stealing. I don’t ever feel comfortable walking into that fye.

SUPER SWEET Cashier ! So very nice and walked through the steps of the awards program ! On how you save. Full detail! Last time I was getting things taken out for no reason and never was explained how it worked ! Ty to this sweet lady who explained it to us ! My man and I love fye!!! You know had to get the wicked movie on dvd . Because it’s wicked. And Cynthia (she’s amazing!) . Love this store so much we will back again !!!

Partner and I came in to look at anime figurines were then followed around the store very obviously I might add. You need to train your staff not to profile people. Won't be shopping here again.

I thought I cancelled my subscription months ago, but I did not. That thing is a complete scam & and so hard to cancel. This company has taken $84 from me that I didn't want to spend.

Sage is the embodiment of both her name and great customer service. She's a total vibe: plant lover with neon green hair, but also friendly and eager to help! She explained the awesome rewards program while helping me find exactly what I was looking for- with some extras. Will be back!!
