Target

Target's customer service is a joke. This is the second time I've asked an employee for items, and they've walked away both times. They probably need better training to understand customer service procedures. But at Target, it's clear you shouldn't expect much from this place. This will be my last time shopping there. I asked for help opening the electronic box where they keep the headphones, but the person named David refused. Meanwhile, a woman with a big backside asked him for help, and he ran to assist her. Clearly, customer service is biased, and if you're busy or don't want to help someone because he is a man asking for assistance, they get someone else to help instead.

I genuinely wanted to keep shopping here, but every visit ends the same way — with rude, disgusting customer service. And somehow I always get stuck with Liza. The attitude, the eye rolls, the faces when I ask for help — it’s beyond unprofessional. If helping customers annoys her that much, maybe this isn’t the job for her. She’s constantly on her phone, turns her back to the register, and just stands there watching her coworkers actually work — even when there’s a line. It’s embarrassing. Customers shouldn’t feel like a burden for asking basic questions. At this point, she’s the reason I’d rather take my money somewhere else. Management seriously needs to address this because this level of rude and lazy behavior shouldn’t be tolerated anywhere.

This has to be the worst target in the history of ever! In all the times that I have been into that store in need of something pretty basic, they have never once had a single thing that I have gone it there looking for. Simple things like duct tape, travel toothbrush, set of forks, fan in June, etc. This Target is great if you want to waste a bunch of time and money on things that you absolutely do not need, but awful if you go in there looking for anything specific no matter how basic or common it is. Very low variety of options and poorly stocked shelves every time. I do not even bother going there anymore!

How you gonna put up a store in Jackson Wyoming where there’s 6-7 months of winter and have NO CHRISTMAS LIGHTS to wrap around the tree. It’s only Dec 8th. Do better next year pls. That is wild.

Customer Service is really bad .They are obsessed to create drama and rumors stories never happened bullying all employees .Your employees are destroying your Target in Jackson Wyoming with their behavior. Terrorizing the security and customers with something is not happening.

This is a mini Target. Google is plastered with results that this Target store has everything you could ever need for a new cell phone or Sim kits. Boy this is just sad, they have rows of hooks where phones used to be, empty slots for sim cards except for the white Boost Mobile sim, but the white sim card doesn't do domestic roaming, Boost says I need the black sim for domestic roaming and said Target has it. So anywhere outside of a halfway sized city Boost Mobile doesn't Roam. This is my predicament. Boost can mail me a new sim to my house 1000 miles away though. "sigh"

We got kicked out by a racist and sexist security guard for walking around. He yelled at us and disrespected us and he assumed our genders. And he very creepily watched us. And when we asked him if we could perchance our items he yelled at us and watched us buy stuff. He said he runs the store how he wants and told us we aren't from around here because of how we acted like dude grow up you work at target.
