Vault of Midnight

5/5 Highly recommend! I was visiting from out of state and every time I visit a new city, I stop by at least one comic book store. This is by far one of my top favorite comic book stores I’ve found! It was well organized with a friendly atmosphere and staff that was very helpful and kind. Some places can have a pretentious vibe but not here, you’ll be welcomed regardless if you’re just starting your comic book journey or an avid reader. And shout out to Ian, not a staff member but awesome customer whose kindness made me feel welcome! Thank you for the comic book! Staff and customers alike here, all friendly! What a great town and great store!

Best board game store in the city!!! Tons of comics and other stuff too. Staff are always so helpful and friendly.

I was excited to stumble across this place while walking the city streets. I was visiting grand rapids on business and wish I had more time to explore what this place had to offer. My merchandise bag sparked numerous conversations.. both from locals and business associates. Thank you for the interesting souvenirs!

A wonderful comic book store with a great selection of comic books, graphic novels and manga. You can also find trinkets, memorabilia, boardgames and art. I enjoy reading the staff reviews and their up-to-date stock.

They had exactly what I was looking for! The Sonny Angels that I bought were real no fake ones at Vault of Midnight! I've been back there already! I would love to go back again!!

Excellent selection, one of the few places I can find my nerdy Star Trek books.

This place has a wide selection of comics, collectibles, card games, and board games. This place has something for all ages as well. It's very clean and neat inside so things are easy to find. Staff are friendly and attentive. It's nice that they have outdoor board games during the summer people can play.
