FYE

Stopped by with granddaughters. We liked the store a lot. Everyone was nice. The store is the same layout as other FYE stores. When we need something unique, modern out of the ordinary, we will be back.

Well it looks like from reading the reviews here I am one of many who was not told that they charge $11.99 for membership. It would have been super keen for the clerk to mention that. This store is broken compared to the Ocala location.

I went in to buy one bottle of the Asian soda they sell. I was never was even told about the fye backstage vip pass. Today I got charged for it so I called corporate and they tell me that when I went a month ago they signed me up for one free month of the service and that’s why the charge hit today. Then the representative argued with me not once, twice, but THREE times to keep the subscription. I literally called the minute I was charged. When I say cancel and refund my money, I don’t wanna have to argue as to why I should get my money back. It’s a simple request. For anyone else going to shop there please ensure you’re not being fraudulently signed up for their dumb subscription

Never in my life have I been physically ushered out of the store 15 minutes before closing when I have things Im trying to buy in my hands. Not only was it weird, the employee who told us she was closing was just downright rude.

I will no longer be shopping at this FYE. I was offered to sign up for the membership last time I was in store. I asked the associate if there was any membership fee, and she answered "no." When I got home I looked at my receipt, which clearly states that there is a $11.99 monthly membership fee. The associate in the store was either not knowledgeable about the program or deceitful about the associated fee. Either way, I had to take time out of my own workday today to call the corporate number and cancel this membership. The phone agent then tried to argue with me about why I should keep this membership. RIDICULOUS. FYE—instead of relying on predatory membership fees to trick customers, you should instead work to improve your bottom line by making your selection and pricing more competitive.

Scammers!!! They lterally lie about free membership. They will tell you to your face the membership is free when it is actually a monthly subscription. I never activated any membership, yet I was still charged.The excuse of "we put a flyer about it in your bag" is bogus and they know it. Stop scamming and go out of business already.

Went in and was treated horribly by the so called manager. She was incredibly angry and hateful the entire time. Asking questions about even simple things caused her to start yelling and starting arguments. I went on to ask her about returns only for her to get more and more angry. She seems beyond incompetent and was nothing but angry and annoying. WILL NEVER BE SHOPPING THERE AGAIN
