Hot Topic

Love my local Hot Topic! They are nice and they always try to make things right if there's an issue. They will greet you and ask if you need help but they won't pester or bombard you which creates a safe atmosphere! I love that they can be themselves there whether that be shy or outgoing, I love the variety. I'm rather shy myself so its just nice to see that in a company!

This place is one of my favorite stores to stop at because of their unique gifts. Spring is around the corner and ladies it's time to show off those earrings. When I seen these I had to get them. I have multiple holes in my ears so I can't wait to put them all on. I'll take a picture so yall can see! The 🐝 on the pot of 🍯 is my favorite!

One of the workers "Katie" went above and beyond our whole experience. They were so nice and wonderful, they really made our time their amazing.

Stuff is cool. One of the workers are extremely rude and forceful about trying to make people sign up to save only $2. Sassy and disrespectful.

Update: I used to love the place and service. My only suggestion is to not have paper store credit. I understand it’s to avoid losing a bunch of money each return, but the paper form is not the best method to keep customers. My second would be the prices. I understand it is the uniqueness and popularity making it expensive, but I would not recommend the place anymore for clothing styles now. The rating itself is due to the lack of complaints or compliments as my suggestions are a personal view.

It's completely unnecessary to give the customer so much grief just because they politely declined to give a phone number. Some customers aren't going to comfortable giving a phone number for a simple transaction, there is no need for the staff to be rude about it.
