I was in Walmart on Colonial Drive they had 9 electric carts lined up that needed Repair. Their were 2 that were working, What kind of Customer care is that. Just unbelievable.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. Curbside delivery here sucks and so do the workers doing it. Only ordered 7 small things for pickup and worker brings out 1 bag with only 1 item. We let them know that’s not everything and all they did was shrug there shoulders and say I don’t know and didn’t do anything about it and just left. Barely knew English to. we had to go to customer service and 3 of the workers there didn’t know what to do so had to wait for someone else to come and finally get it right. Ridiculous. Turns out they didn’t grab all the bags.
Well stocked and organized. I've gotten oil changes here many times and they've always had very fast service if you set up an appointment. If you come as a walk-in, you can expect to wait 2+ hours
Bought a motorized ride-on vehicle for my 3-year-old — over $300. Took the time to assemble it, only to discover missing parts, destroyed stickers, and a bumper that literally doesn’t fit the product it’s supposed to attach to. Quality control clearly took the day off. Or the year. Customer service’s solution? Not to send the missing parts. Not to fix the defective components. But to replace the entire unit — which I’d already built — knowing full well my three-year-old doesn’t care about specs or serial numbers. So we kept the broken one. For my trouble, Walmart generously offered a $25 promo code. Wow. A whole $25. Except — surprise — it doesn’t work. And buried in microscopic fine print is the requirement that I spend hundreds more just to use it. So let me get this straight: • I pay $300+ • Receive a defective product • Waste time assembling it • Accept a broken compromise • And get rewarded with a fake discount This is exactly the kind of experience people expect after watching countless videos of chaos, disorder, and zero accountability in these stores. Walmart has perfected the art of selling junk, dodging responsibility, and calling it "customer service." Do better. Or at least stop pretending you care.
WARNING: Don’t trust AT&T sales reps at Walmart. I switched to AT&T through an AT&T rep inside Walmart in Fort Myers. I was promised a lower monthly bill and a trade-in gift card for my 3 old phones, so I could pay off the remaining balance with my previous carrier and actually save money. I returned all 3 phones and received confirmation they were received. I was told the gift card would arrive within 3 months, but after 4+ months, nothing arrived. AT&T customer service says there is no gift card/reward on my account, even though they can see the devices were returned. Then they said the value was applied as a billing credit, which is NOT what was promised. A billing credit does not help because I still have to pay my old carrier. Now I’m paying two phone bills at the same time, almost double what I used to pay. They tell you to wait 3 months, but when you complain later they say "too much time has passed" and they can’t fix it. Misleading and extremely frustrating. Be very careful with store reps and verbal promises.
Caridad and Lorena were spectacularly rude at self checkout. Closing lanes right in front of the customers who have been waiting in line, without so much as eye contact or a word. When asked, rudely said "closed!" and walked away. Another young man (customer) approached them and began to patiently explain Walmart policy to them, explaining that "if there are no pickers, customers can use this lane". After a few minutes speaking with him, they then reopened the lane for other customers. No apology to customers they already rudely turned away, of course, because that is Walmart’s culture. It had been months since I had set foot in a Walmart. I should’ve known better than to give them another chance. Thank you to Caridad and Lorena for reminding me that Walmart doesn’t deserve my hard-earned money. Not now, not ever. February 5, 2026 at approximately 7:31 pm
Never anyone working just on their phones or hiding. Was standing at the service desk for 10 minutes no one came to process the return, none of the cashiers acknowledged that there was a line. There should be a manager on the floor or someone attending to customers waiting. I understand not having enough staff but there can be a better system.
