The Home Depot

Usually I would say, I love my Home Depot, but the products they delivered last week was beyond acceptable. What you don’t see in the photos is also bridle door stoppers. We had two options, 10-15% off if we keep them and fix them ourselves or return and replace. For 15%, the repair was not worth it, so we opted for return. They can’t give us a date or time, so we can be there to give them the cabinets - telling us just to leave them in the drive way!?!?!? No thank you - not risking someone stealing them. Now, we have to wait for the new ones to come, delaying our project. The second part of the initial shipment is also delayed by one day. Drive down the day they were supposed to come in, just to find out by 3 pm, that they changed the delivery to the next day - when I am at work Never getting any kitchen cabinets from Home Depot again. Going back to IKEA!

Why are the carts blocking the lines in the disabled parking spots? Are you not aware the reason those lines are there are because that space helps disabled people get out of their vehicles due to having wheelchairs, assistive devices, etc.? Do better.

It's a great experience going there for home and yard projects. There's employees asking if you need help and are interested in helping find what you need. I'm glad we have a Home Depot that has people who like to assist. Best experience. Smile and say hello, because they do 🙂

I can’t say enough good things about this location. Usually you are greeted when you walk in by an employee - not the guy trying to sell you an AC. Nice touch. Self checkout always has people to help and one time a guy scanned & bagged everything for me. Probably the best Home Depot I have ever shopped. Highly recommend

Been shopping here for 20 years. It’s really getting run down. The dirtiest parking lot I’ve ever seen. All the carts far from the entrances. People park where they please right in the road. Job seekers hanging around all day. Isles always filled with merchandise not put away. The best thing is the cashiers Betsy and Cathy, always friendly with a smile doing a great job. Time for a new manager and get this place cleaned up!

I frequently go to Home Depot. The one in Naples is always clean and most departments are pretty helpful. Love the checkout process changes. I can get in and get out so much faster now when I’m in a hurry!
