Target

I was in this target yesterday. They had only 2 human manned lines running with extremely long lines and all of their robot lines going with 1 extremely long line. So I chose to stand in the humanly operated one hoping to keep someone’s job. This person was not very friendly most of the stuff I got was sale stuff and was not ringing up that way. They had a mess here and I got my things all in this mess of an area. I went back and shot a picture. If they are not going to honor the prices they need to take them down. I was here at 2:34 and tried to do the review on receipt before doing this but it just took me through a whole bunch of coupon questions!

I don't enjoy Targets anymore but I truly enjoyed the experience with Toya at the Pizza Hut counter today. She was kind, empowering with her words, and the snack we stopped for was fresh, plus tasty. Thank you, Toya, for making this visit worthwhile.

This target is quite different of a set up than most targets are everything is pretty spread out and not as organized at all. A lot of empty shelves unorganized areas no prices put above things tax missing prices hardly any employees in sight. Check out was a nightmare, one cash register open a massive line to go to the self check out, which was not in order at all as people were nearly ready to pick fights over us trying to navigate to the self check out because of lack of direction in the front of the store.

This Target has a lot of items, and offers a CVS and grocery inside. If this was the only Target store I had ever visited I might have given it more stars, but we have an excellent 5-star Target store in Kokomo, Indiana and I have to compare to this Target in Ft Myers with the high standard I am used to. This Target in Ft Myers was a mess. I have never seen so many empty shelves and disheveled conditions at a Target before. They obviously have management and staff issues. I hope they don’t have much nearby competition or else their future doesn’t look good.

Saturday afternoon with no cashiers and multiple employees hanging out doing squat while customers are lined up for self check out. Walmart has better customer service.

Bright, organized, clean store with very helpful staff. Some items didn't have price tags but thankfully there was a really nice associate working in that area that was able to scan the items and tell me how much they were. (That's the only reason I'm giving this store 4 stars instead of 5) The home department has BEAUTIFUL merchandise and they are all very reasonably priced. They carry the latest trends in home decor and offer different options. Their athletic wear clothing is also very nice. And of course who doesn't like the dollar section in the front of the store?!!😊 Good job Target!

This place has gone so downhill. We walked in today and there was not a single cart on either side. We had to go back out to the parking lot just to get one. Never any registers open. The place is a wreck with stuff all over the floor and stuff shoved everywhere. The dollar section is always empty. Every other target i go to is super clean and well stocked but this one feels like they don’t care about anything at all. Might be time for a corporate visit.
