HOM Furniture

My experience with HOM furniture has been an extremely positive one. From the purchasing of our furniture from Jed to our delivery team, Christian and Karpeh. There was a slight discrepancy with the number of chairs purchased for my dining set at delivery . Christian was prompt in contacting customer care to let them know. In turn, customer care immediately called me and informed me that they would insure that I receive credit to my account for the mistake. I will continue to visit HOM if I am ever in need of other pieces of furniture. The furniture is well made and very stylish.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Jed was very helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted, offered options, and let us look around but checked back often to answer questions. Once we were ready to make a choice he was able to answer the questions we had and get us what we wanted. It was busy when we got there but the people working made sure we felt they were for us. It was a great experience and I’ll definitely shop there again. Can’t wait to get my new furniture 😊

Working with Julie made the "redo" of our house so smooth! She listened to what I needed, what I had, and what styles I liked and then suggested items that would work in the space. Everything worked so well together -- I could not have gotten to putting it all together without her expertise.

We had a great experience. We purchased a massage chair 8 years ago and were looking to upgrade. We found the one we wanted and Aaron and his team went above and beyond to help us. They also respected our time and had us in and out in no time. Thank you for the great experience.

Matt was very helpful by showing different options while shopping for multiple pieces for our new home. The variety of brands and styles offered at HOM was great. I ordered two rugs, a couch, loveseat, an end table, and two night stands. The night stands from Witmer were custom ordered to match our trim and doors. Matt was helpful when needed by getting dimensions or product information but he also gave me time to look at the showroom alone. Appreciated the great customer service at HOM.

I love shopping at HOM Furniture, but I hate some of the people who won't leave you alone to wander!!! When I walked in the door, a man approached me and asked if he could help me, I said no, I just wanted to wander and look. He was fine and said to let him know if I needed help. As SOON as he walked away, Monica approached, again, how can I help, I said the same thing, I'm just looking. She said, I'll be just over here if you need anything. Well, who knew "just over here" was literally 5-8' away! Throughout the entire store!!! My daughter and I tried to ditch her so many time, for her to pop back up. Then when I did want to ask a question, she didn't have an answer, so I asked another associate who was wandering by, he had the answer, then saw Monica lurking and said, oh I see you're working with someone, Monica will help you. No, no I'm not working with her, she won't go away!!! But still he left. I realize everyone works on commission and that is fine, I'm happy for someone to earn a commission if I AM working with them. But to have a person stalk you through the store is too much!!! Monica, you need to listen to the customer and read the environment, when they say I'm just looking, leave them be, when they ditch you, don't track them down. Monica, Do Better
