Update: need more sizes! I saw a few things I loved but they only had xs or 3x. Update: I bought a keychain from here and it is my favorite keychain of all time! The Hello Kitty merch is, as always, AMAZING! Lots of anime, Harry Potter, & so much more. The young lady that helped me was Julia and she is a delight! My daughter loves this place but I had never been in before today. I love their Hello Kitty merch! I got an adorable Hello Kitty sweatshirt. All their mini- backpacks, purses, and wallets were fabulous. I fell in love with the Alice in Wonderland mini-backpack. Got some great coupons when I checked out. Great, helpful employees. Can't wait to go back!

Fun store selling marvel and Disney gimmicky/novelty items. Mainly figurines and tshirts. Prices seemed to be reasonable.

Have shopped here several times. We love the choice of Disney products they usually carry. But when we tried to purchase our selections today the system did not accept our Card, from their Sister company, that we have used here several different times. The young lady at the register was very polite, and went to get the manager. He was as rude as you can get. He stated that they had never accepted "that" card, when he was the person who checked us out on our last trip there. Now if company policies have changed and they don't accept it anymore I understand, but it was as if he had to show his authority in front of the young ladies working there. Very unprofessional from management, this from a 30 plus year retail manager. Wont go back as long as he works there.

Local store is great, but corporate/web orders terrible. The local store ordered two shirts for us as they didn’t have in store and it was on sale that way rather than us ordering. These were to be Christmas gifts. Waited for our order, never got email notification, looked up on their website and saw status of canceled. Never got a notification. Local store gave us a contact at corporate who reordered it and told us they would overnight it to arrive Christmas Eve. Guess what, it didn’t arrive and looking up order number on their website it again, says canceled. Never got an email through any of it. Was counting on giving these shirts to family for a great Christmas gift. Will buy from local store again will NEVER order online from Box Lunch. I don’t know how they stay in business.

I love this store. If you are into any version of nerd culture (DC, Marvel, Harry Potter, Anime, Disney, Office, Friends, etc), this is the place to get your gear. They have it all. It is neatly organized by section and easily accessable.

I love this store. Their prices are high though. Their mystery bag descriptions are getting ridiculous. I know its a mystery bag but the descriptions needs to be a little bit better so I have some idea what category im getting.
