Always have a great experience here NO MATTER WHAT. Even if i’m just browsing or getting a haul, i always feel happy and the workers here are EXTREMELY SUPER FRIENDLY AND PATIENT and one even directed me to hello kitty merch since she saw me wearing a sanrio shirt and i love this store so much. Way more better than Spencer’s and im glad they made their store much bigger 🌹. I never had a poor experience at this store and i will always support hot topic 🫂🫂🫂🫂

I love hot topic but just not this location, they are so stingy with fiting rooms! they just changed their location inside the mall to a bigger one with a fitting room because they didnt have one before (that kinda sucked), great, but they already closed it! the store just re opened and they are already using the fitting room as a storage holder. this is the only location that doesn't have a fitting room in my experience

The employees are very nice there! I love all the stuff they have its so cool,the only thing that i dont like is the high prices, theres alot of cool stuff that i cant afford

I was in Hot topic today searching for kingdom hearts merch and the only available item in store is a girl tee. It's very cute and the characters are very vivid and precise to the characters from the game. I also searched for 00 plugs for My daughter. The staff was super nice and very helpful when I asked for the location of items and what selection was available for purchase in store. I sent photos to my daughter to see if she approves and will be back to purchase if they do.

Logan was a great help! He goes above and beyond every time we visit.

Excellent Store one of the best cause this place is where I get all my DC & Marvel Merchandise.

They have a unique stock of products of what their store and company is about their selling loungewear clothes and a place where you can find loungewear clothes.
