Your average Hot Topic. I will, however, not suggest ordering for in-store pickup. I feel as if they don't even look for the items you buy. A while back, I ordered a dress online because there are better deals there. 5 mins after ordering, they canceled it. I went to the store, looked through their small rack of dresses, and found it. The employee even said 'wow how did you find it?' They couldn't honor the in-store pick up since they already canceled it and I ended up paying $50 for it when it was $17.

One of the employees at this store location needs a serious retraining in customer service. I walked in the first hour they opened on a Saturday along with my sister, and we were met by the most grim looks I've ever encountered. My sister was looking to pick-up her order that she placed, and the employee who was there (I didn't get her name, but she was of larger stature with lighter-blonde clearly bleached hair), just seemed so miserable and unhappy with her life. She was sighing, rolling her eyes at us, when we simply just wanted to pick up our order that was placed online. When she handed us our online order, we noticed that it was defective, and pointed it out to her, wondering if we could exchange it for another of the same item. She continued to sigh and roll her eyes at us, clearly because she did not want to put the effort in to grab another of the item, that was on a higher shelf. A transaction that could have been so easy, was so unpleasant just because this woman hates her job. Whoever this woman is, please get a new job.

Lucked out and the last ones in our sizes. Staff searched with me for them. Plus I got coupons for my next purchase too.

So I walk into the store and they didn’t greet me or even acknowledge my presences. I’m Christmas shopping AND picking up a web order from the store... they greet everyone but me for some odd reason and ask everyone else if they need Help but me. Mind you I am African American and everyone else coming in after me isn’t. I’m walking around the store looking for stuff to but walking past multiple employees and NOTHING. And not even a word from the area manger she just keeps looking at me instead of helping me.

For there buy 1 get 3 or 2 free, your not really getting any of those items free, what they do is divide the highest item that your buying by 3 and then the other items will be half there price. So that's basically false advertising. They don't mention this before you buy the items especially if it's body jewelry. So be careful on that. Ask the workers before you buy it. It's a nice place but like everyone else says there too expensive and not that much variety.

Terrible customer service. The guy behind the counter acted like he was annoyed, to ring up what I had wanted to purchase. Just, because of his nasty attitude. I took my business somewhere else. With, the way Christmas sales have gone down. You'd think that they would make a better effort, to treat a customer with respect. They can forget, about seeing me there again.
