Great CVS location to get virtually most products in house. Super nice staff with awesome customer service by the manager Ann Marie. A+++

The CVS at 71 Montauk Highway in East Hsmpton had a great pharmacy with a professional and courteous staff. The product supply is very broad.

I spent 2 days and 4 hours on hold for the pharmacy, listening to music, ads, and request to hold on. I went to the store and the pharmacy manager said they don't answer the phones, he was busy and understaffed, and to call corporate to complain. Prescriptions called in on Friday were still not on the computer on Monday. I waited on line over 20 minutes simply to find out where my prescriptions were after they were not available at the pick up I finally left and had my doctor send the scripts to another non-cvs pharmacy. While I stood at the pharmacy, the phone rang every one or two minutes and never, never, never, never answered while after an annoying voice tree told you to hold, when in fact it was fruitless. I could only image the number of callers waiting vainly for the pharmacist and the collective hours of waisted time. And yet, not an apology at the store or an expression of sympathy, other than "everyone has the same problem" complain to the company. On the way out, I asked to see the store manager, and an assistant was unwilling to hear my complaint. I asked for a complaint form which she refused to give me and she told me the manager was on vacation and there was no-one who could handle the complaint. The store, its management, and its service is a shameful disgrace.

I was in CVS printing photos from my phone. George spent tons of time helping me with the uncooperative printer. He was kind, patient and could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty.

Wow, I see why they have such poor reviews! This location is a complete farce!! They messed up my order and refused to resolve it because they claim their staff doesn't understand or speak English well enough to communicate with customers over the phone. I spoke with Julianna, and Norma, also someone who refused to disclose his name 🤔. Unacceptable, unprofessional and downright belligerent staff. Hey CVS! If you're handling American pharmaceuticals, you need to be able to communicate with customers!

Excellent staff in the pharmacy. Knowledgeable and very patient with all the customers. They are under staffed though which is not their fault. The wait time is like most CVS stores, the difference is the staff is much better.

I was just on the phone with pharmacy at 6:34 pm on August 1st. I was talking to a this woman who was basically attacking me through the phone for no reason at all! What a RUDE person and once I told her come down that’s when she realized how rude she was being! I will tell you something based on the reviews of this store it should have been closed already but I get it why they do whatever they want because at the end there are not a lot of other pharmacies! Horrible staff and if I could give no starts I would!! RUDE!!!!
