I’ve been to many Hot Topic stores for shopping, and I can confidently say that one of the best ones is in Los Angeles. In terms of customer respect, it’s honestly the best. And the worst store I’ve ever visited was the one at Universal.

Went in for an online pickup, quick and great service. Store was well stocked and organized.

Great shop in a neat mall. Staff were so helpful and friendly, click and collect order was picked really fast!

I love hot topic. They always have plenty of clothes to choose from! Lately i have been loving all of the different jewelry they have.

Terrible service if I could give no stars I would. I was told my pick up order was ready only when I had sent them a message and asked if it was ready. If I didn't my order would of been cancelled and they could care less if it was. Then I get there to pick up my order and the person at the cashier doesn't even look at me. She was to preoccupied talking to her coworkers while I was just waiting for help. Then she goes to get my order and forgets what she was doing goes and picks a song on her phone and goes back to get my order it was staring her right in the face. I waited almost 10 minutes for something so simple even a child could do it. Well apparently not these children.

My granddaughter got a dress & skirt and used her $15 off coupon. She was very happy with her purchase. I was happy not to have to stand in the long line inside. We were assisted my a very nice young lady at a register outside the store. She was pleasant, fast and very efficient.
