Was able to get few items I want, the service was good one of the worker was able to help me find stranger things the other thing that was missing was Gilmore stuff so hopefully next time I go there I will find it, like the music they play so overall it wasn’t that busy

I love this stores since a long time ago so I don’t have anything wrong to say about them because every time I’m at one, the products are incredible and the staff is kinds and helpful. You will always find a place where you can buy 3 products and pay just one of them. I always find something that I like. They tend to give hot cash with your purchase which you can use from certain date to certain date.

I've been going here for a long time. I love the sales they constantly have going on. People who work here are super nice and helpful. The store itself is pretty organized, so it's easy to find what you are looking for. I've also learned to order online and pick up here for even more savings. I always come to just look at what they have but end up buying something.

I have had to struggle with this problem for a while and I don't even know why considering that I have never given any motives for it. Security and workers seem to always follow me and my partner around as if we are going to steal. And I really really love this store Hot Topic and it sucks that it had to happen at this store. It happened at this location at the Serramonte Mall. I was looking at a Kuromi hand bag and I was debating whether or not to buy it. So I just grabbed it and started walking around the store browsing and seeing what else was worth buying. It was all going good until a worker started following me around. At first, I didn't think much of it and thought "maybe she's just fixing things on the shelf because they're messy" because that's what she was supposedly doing. At every turn I saw her "fixing" things and her eyes constantly on me. That's when I knew that she really was following me. I just grabbed the bag, paid and left. I felt so bad and hurt that this had to happen to me at this store. I'm Latina by the way. I really shouldn't have been surprised. I didn't catch the girls name but she was between 4'11 to 5'1 feet tall, tan brownish skin, long black straight hair, Asian or Filipina, and skinny. She made me feel terrible and hurt that she just felt the need to follow me around and have her eyes glued to me.

Ver VERY nice people great sales amazing t shirts. As soon as you walk into the facility i feel hospitality. Good job staff

My friends and I went into hot topic because I had a gift card and was going to buy something. We were all in the back and looking around (maybe being a little loud but that was all) suddenly I turn around and see this white lady with a pony tail yelling at my friends to leave because they made a "huge mess" when in reality they had not done anything 😭 there was zero mess. I felt unsafe and so threatened by this lady. She had made a claim that everyone had made a complaint about us even though there was nobody else in the store besides the staff. By then my plans to buy something had gone down the drain. This lady chased us out of the store shouting at us to leave for doing seemingly nothing. I hope you fire this lady for making my friends and I feeling so unwanted and uncomfortable. You have now lost all the costumers that my friends and I would’ve brought in. I will never come back and neither will my friends.
