This store is Collectable Heaven!!! An incredible amount of figurine sets aimed at all generations, with themes from Disneyland to pop culture and everything in between. We saw a long line of customers waiting outside for this store to open on a Saturday. So we decided to explore. Wow what an incredible store of collectable designer toys and figurines. Their roster includes iconic characters like MOLLY, SKULLPANDA, MONSTERS, HIRONO, etc. we were excited to see ARCAN characters from the Netflix series. Apparently next collections or characters are released often, almost weekly, so customer arrive early to snap up the latest and greatest. Check out the photos, they have collection for everyone from the youngest to the young at heart. People of all ages were exploring and purchasing their favorites.

Biggest pop mart store I’ve been in Southern California. This store is located in South Coast Plaza and is always busy. They have all or most of the exclusives, especially if you like space Molly series. The trick is to get the famous monsters, is to make sure you order online for pick up. That is the only way to get a guaranteed LABUBU. Other than that, this place has a lot of variety of the pop mart items on sale

After a disappointing visit to the Pop Mart store in Rancho Cucamonga, we checked the app and saw that South Coast Plaza had some figures available for in-store pickup thankfully. So we made our way there, and we’re really glad we did. The South Coast Plaza store is so much bigger, well-stocked, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. They assisted us kindly and made the whole experience feel special. I was able to purchase two Checkmate Labubu figures one for me and one as a gift for my niece and also picked up a Cry Baby for her younger sibling. It completely turned our day around. Huge thanks to the South Coast Plaza Pop Mart team for the great service and making our visit memorable. 10/10 Highly recommended

Only a 4 star because it’s super busy most of the time and T-Mobile service is bad so heads up about QR code for online pick up and connection issues! But other than that customer service is great and it’s a nice store 👍🏻 I was lucky enough twice to be able to order two labubus in the app so I’ve been to this location to pick up my items! Both times I’ve arrived it was super busy! Very narrow walkway in the middle of the store! There’s two seperate lines! One for online pick up and the other for in store like walk in regular cashier! Also heads up I have T-Mobile and my service in the store was HORRIBLE. I had to walk around to get service to show my code in order to pick up my items so that was a pain. Besides that once I got in front of the line I just showed my code etc and got my bags! Super easy and quick!

As infamous wise words of Anakin Skywalker says,"What Have I’ve Done" lord I’m glad they don’t and haven’t come up with their own credit card but girl be ready to drop some money’s Labubu Hirono Molly Disney Snoopy One Piece you name it this place is heaven and paradise for collectors, one thing as previous review here is mad that there’s no signs of cards only but cmon vast majority ever since 2020 most stores went card only and apple or google pay available who in this world don’t have in their phone wallet their card stored is the norm Also Pop-Mart as well in store,online and vending machines they been loud and clear sales are final no exchanges or returns anyways bring your credit card as an extra to avoid your overspending on your regular bank cause you won’t leave empty handed

My boyfriend and I come here all the time for the thrill of opening blind boxes, and it never gets old. The staff are always so kind and patient, answering any questions we have about the different collections. Since Pop Mart is so popular, they usually don’t know when the next shipment will arrive, but they’re always helpful in letting us know what’s currently in stock. The store itself has a fun atmosphere, I always have a good time. I’ll definitely keep bringing my friends here to share the excitement!
