Suzzy was very warming Full of energy, I love everything about this store. She made me feel welcomed and unjudged. I will definitely visit again!!

Called at 01:09 12/28 asked if they close at 03:00 like their profile here says, she told me no, 02:00. I asked if they had the thing I needed and she said yea and i said okay. Got a $30 uber there and arrived at 01:45. There were two cars in the drive. The phone rang the first time I called and just kept ringing. Then I knocked on the door and tried to call again and the phone was busy. No one ever answered. I saw similar reviews, but I assumed there was some misunderstanding but how do you tell someone you close at 2 and then lock the door before they arrive? Lame. 0/5 stars.

Susie up here at love toys is beyond the best at customer service. Super sweet and friendly. I wasn't sure what i needed for my pleasure, but Susy was very knowledgeable and let me know exactly what I needed and had many choices to choose from. I won't be going anywhere else for Life Trust Me.

Wish I could give an honest rating but I wasn’t able to patronize this store due to it being closed. It’s definitely not open 24/7, I’m here @7am on a Wed and the door is locked tight. I stopped by after a long overnight shift and was hoping to go home with something fun. Oh well!
