I visited Trophy Creative to see what products were avaible to engrave for 2 usually spelt names, and I was thoroughly impressed! The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. A team member helped me find the perfect items and helped select which fonts to use ensuring I made the right choice. The store was clean, well-organized, and the checkout process was a breeze. The quality of the product I purchased has exceeded my expectations, and the overall customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend Trophy Creative to anyone in the area! Especially for Christmas, I had names engraved on luggage tags, zipper lighters, jewlery cases and a power bank. The variety of items to be engraved is phenomenal!

Ordered clothes in the beginning of February shipping takes way too long. The place is nice and everyone is friendly.

Great show room, and staff (Curtis) is great. I had a urn that wasn't in the best of shape, we were under a time crunch and Curtis helped problem solve over the phone and in the store. He went above and beyond for sure. I'd highly recommend them.
