staff is pretty unpleasant. never interacts with customers however talks very loudly and obnoxiously amongst eachother. I do not enjoy visiting much anymore

The absolute worst BoxLunch I’ve been to and I’ve been to over 20! They don’t know how to use their own system. It’s set up horribly. And they are extremely rude and don’t follow BoxLunch rules.

They had an excellent selection of new merchandise, seasonal merchandise, and regular merchandise. However, many of the items were only available in a couple of sizes. Staff was not rude, but they did not speak to us while in the store. Pricing could have been better and they did not have any sales over Labor Day weekend when most places were running sales.

The cashier mocked my sister when she got excited thinking we couldn’t hear. The cashiers also talked amongst each other while we were waiting to check out and didn’t help us. The woman clapped her hands at me while explaining something about a discount and they just looked at each other when I tried asking for no coins to try to get out of the store quicker. I work retail so I know there’s no excuse to behave like that.

This is a great location for gifts of most fandoms. Lots of Disney, Anime, and more to choose from! Also, they price match from their website as long as it's in stock online. The employees are extremely helpful, the deals and exclusives are amazing, and they support a great cause!

It's a nice clean store to buy Anime collectables and clothing. I do wish they had more variety. The stuff they carry is for all the well known shows. Nothing really special. It's good overall though!

This was a great experience in general for my anime related merchandise needs. As my first experience in an American Mall, seeing a shop like this astounded me and made me feel very happy with how my inner weeb could come out. I spent $350 ish the first time I was there and signed up as a member and ended up getting $40 off my next purchase and enough vouchers to save me $150 + if I ever spent that much again. Customer service there was lovely and staff was genuinely great. Would highly recommend for anime needs.
