Vivi Bubble Tea

There were so many options to choose from, it took a bit of time for me to order. I got the Vivi Bubble Milk Tea with tapioca, less ice, and 30% sugar. Tea was good and the drink wasn't too sweet which I liked. Boba consistency was good too, very chewy. We got our drinks quickly after ordering. When we got our drinks, most of the tables were full but we managed to sit at a small one. The inside is very bright, pink, and cutesy. And the girl at the counter was friendly. Getting here, it took a while to find parking since it was pretty busy. Overall, I felt like my drink was good but not amazing. Maybe I'll have to order a special drink or their food next time. For me, 3.5/5.

Super cute little spot. My husband had the coffee milk tea and I had the taro milk tea. It was good but they put way too much boba in both. Every suck of the straw I ended up with a mouth full of Boba.

I asked the staff what was their most popular drink was and she said the Flaming brown sugar tapioca. The boba was fresh and chewy and absolutely delicious. It was very sweet but I like them sweet. The topping reminded me of a toasted marshmallow and was creamy and super yummy. I’m glad I ordered. Next time, I’ll mix it up a little more before I drink it. I got a mouth full of brown sugar syrup and it was really sweet.

I liked all the post it doodles! The place was cute and I loved the pink! I just got the taro milk tea and it was yummy.

This place is the best in Charleston! The staff is always so lovely when I visit and are quick to make orders even with a line. I enjoying sitting in the bright space. Plus if you don’t know what to order the staff is really helpful to pick something you’ll like. Can’t forget about the yummy macaroons! 10/10 at this store

Great Bubble Tea Spot! Their bubble teas were outstanding and the customer service by the ladies was on point! The Flaming Brown Sugar & Taro Crème Brûlée Milk Tea tastes delicious! A+++

This is their first day so I can understand some issues. For teas, they are very strong & floral. A black tea tastes almost like green/earl grey. The tiramisu tasted like a regular coffee and the dragonfruit float had more of a grape taste. The takoyaki was very undercooked so the inside was heavy, mushy, & it fell off the stick. It also didn't have much flavor aside from the flakes. The "bbq sausage" tasted like a basic lap cheong sausage. The cashier was very nice & you could tell he was trying his best but the other employee that called out the food had a very rude and abrupt tone. They call out your number for drinks but they should call out the numbers for food too because just yelling "Takoyaki" when anyone before you could've The it is confusing for other customers. the decor was cute, the cafe was small & cozy, creative menu, & drinks are decent. I hope they improve and I would love to try it again in the future.
