Alexis was our designer, and she was wonderful! The space was clean, and the warm environment made us feel comfortable right away. I came in pretty indecisive, but Alexis helped me find exactly what I was looking for. We also got helpful information about bands for my fiancé, which made it easy to handle everything at once. I highly recommend this location and Alexis!

I went to my scheduled showing on 11/25 to pick out my engagement ring and we were assisted by Alexa S! She was incredibly informative, kind, and sincerely made us feel so special and cared for. It was a beautiful and very comfortable environment and we will be back to see her- specifically to look at bands/additional pieces! We drove from Raleigh, NC for this showing and it was 110% worth it! P.S: My grandmother decided to come with us last minute, as we were visiting with her, and Alexa accommodated without issue and made sure my grandmother felt apart of this experience, while maintaining focus on me and my partner!

My boyfriend and I met with Kathryn during my birthday trip to Charleston last month. We had the best experience designing my dream ring and the process truly felt so comfortable. I was able to browse dozens of ring styles and different stone sizes and narrow down what I like best. We were encouraged to take pictures throughout the appointment and once we settled on ring details everything was emailed to us within an hour so that when we’re ready to make the purchase we can just let the EWGC team know. The office is stunning and the employees are so welcoming. I would highly recommend working with this company!
