Menards

My husband and I absolutely love Menard's! This store has everything we're looking for every single time. It is clean, well stocked, organized and the customer service is 5 Stars as well. And they have restrooms that are clean too! I highly recommend Menard's Casper.

They have a lot of stuff, prices seem a little better than Home Depot. They seem to have more variety than Home Depot, too. Service can be hit or miss, but I've had better service here than at Home Depot way more consistently. They have more car stuff, so that helps if you like to change your own oil

I end up at the lumber desk at least once a week! Justus and all the other employees at the lumber counter have always been amazing and extremely helpful! Just wanted to let him know that I appreciate their service!

Minus star rating if there was such a thing. Ordered 1K$ worth of house shutters in Aug of 25, Menards Vendor wouldn't produce the shutters, finally showed up on Dec 12th after I already went another direction. Store wouldn't credit back to my card and would only do an i "In store credit" as it had been over 90 days. A total sham by a billion dollar corporation, assistan mngr had the worse attitude to boot, like it was my fault the situation was what it was. Hope Menards goes bankrupt.

I like that. They're cheap but you know it comes with cheap. Wouldn't trust most of their tool brands and you definitely have to be real selective with their lumber. And lastly couldn't get approved for a contractor's card with a credit score of 715???

I waited almost 40 minutes to get some flooring. The whole time, minus the time it took me to go ask other associates for help, listening to another customer telling the only guy who could get the flooring I needed talk about stuff not related to flooring. As they looked over and saw me staring, they proceeded to move further away from me. Like I was the problem. I finally just left and decided I would have to go somewhere else. I know $400 isn’t a lot to some people, but it was a sale none the less.

I come to this store probably about every other day. It brings me happiness that a lot of the staff here know me and treat myself and my employees so well! I specifically shop here due to the atmosphere and the amazing time we have. All of the employees are extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Prices are some of the best in town and the 11% rebates don’t hurt!
