Every time I go in to check out pops, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They're very knowledgeable about their product and will take time to help you find what you're looking for in store and online. I've never received the email to rate but would always say 10 out of 10 guys and gals!

Excellent customer service. The manager, Ben, runs the store perfectly. Vara and Alex are wonderful and very helpful. They all will go out of their way to help customers. If they don't have what you want, they'll look it up online. I definitely recommend shopping here

IT WAS AMAZING! Hot Topic needs to move into Cheyenne, I had to drive 2 hours to Casper to go. It was worth it, though!
